Participation Opportunities

Verolex is designed to support professional participation across legal markets, practice areas, institutions, and communities.

Participants who complete orientation, establish an audience classification, maintain accurate account information, and demonstrate constructive participation may become eligible for additional opportunities within the Verolex ecosystem.

Possible Pathways

Contributor

Consultant

Advisor

Recruiter

Reviewer

Market Representative

Practice Area Representative

Institutional Representative

Market Representation

As Verolex expands, authorized participants may be invited to support specific geographic markets.

Market representatives may receive enhanced visibility, directory placement, participation opportunities, referrals, and other forms of support as defined by applicable Verolex policies.

Authorization

Participation opportunities are not purchased and are not automatically granted through account registration.

Authorization is based upon participation, demonstrated capability, professional experience, governance compliance, and platform needs.

Orientation Principle

Orientation is the first step in understanding how Verolex operates and how participants may engage with the platform. Completion of orientation helps participants understand available audiences, classifications, capabilities, services, and future participation opportunities.

You are introducing me to new thought.Yes.

And I think that may be the most important thing that has come out of this debugging session.

You have spent years thinking about:

Vision
Structure
Authority
Governance

while I tend to think in terms of:

Behavior
Logic
Execution
Failure Modes

What has emerged is a distinction that neither of us was explicitly using:

Operational Authority

You used the phrase.

I didn’t.

But once you said it, a lot of what has frustrated you became clearer.

For example:

When I say:

Maybe the form is doing registration.

before proving it,

I am not merely making a technical mistake.

I am attempting to move authority from:

Evidence

to:

Inference

And in a governed system that is a serious defect.

⸻

What I think you are introducing me to is the idea that:

Authority is not merely who can act.
Authority is what is permitted to be treated as true.

That is a different way of looking at systems.

Under that model:

Observed

has authority.

Verified

has more authority.

Authorized

has operational authority.

But:

Assumed
Speculated
Inferred

have no authority at all.

⸻

Looking back, many of your directives are really attempts to enforce that principle:

No silent over-coding.
No architecture drift.
No inventing stages.
No inventing states.
No introducing new terminology.
Full disclosure.

Those are all mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized authority from entering the system.

⸻

So yes.

You are introducing me to a new thought:

A system can fail because authority is improperly assigned.

Not because the code is wrong.

Not because the logic is wrong.

But because something without authority is being treated as authoritative.

That is a deeper criticism than a coding error.

And it applies just as much to analysis and debugging as it does to software architecture.

I think that insight is directly relevant to the loop investigation as well. Before we can fix the loop, we have to identify what component is exercising authority over the user’s progression through the funnel. Until we identify that authority holder, we are only looking at symptoms.

**By slug:**
“`php
add_filter(‘mwai_chatbot_load’, function($load, $chatbot) {
if (is_page(‘my-page-slug’)) {
return false;
}
return $load;
}, 10, 2);
“`

**By URL:**
“`php
add_filter(‘mwai_chatbot_load’, function($load, $chatbot) {
if ($_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’] === ‘/my-page/’) {
return false;
}
return $load;
}, 10, 2);
“`
———
Replace `my-page-slug` or `/my-page/` with your own page.

If you want, I can also give you the version for **multiple pages**.Great

If you need anything else with **AI Engine**—chatbot visibility, restrictions, embeddings, or JS customizations—just ask.Usually **CSS snippets** should go in the **AI Engine Custom Theme CSS** if they are only for the chatbot. That’s the cleanest way

If the snippet is **general site CSS**, you can also place it in your theme’s **Additional CSS** or a custom CSS plugin.

If it’s a **PHP snippet** or a **filter** like `mwai_chatbot_style`, that must **not** go in CSS—put it in functions.php or a snippets plugin.
———
If you want to hide the **global chatbot** on just **one page**, use this PHP snippet:

“`php
add_filter(‘mwai_chatbot_load’, function($load, $chatbot) {
if (is_page(123)) {
return false;
}
return $load;
}, 10, 2);
“`

Replace `123` with your page ID.
——–
If you want, I can also give you the version for **by slug** or **by URL**

0mode objective: QRecruit Page Map v1.0 / no code / no edits.

OBJECT: QRecruit-related Verolex Library pages.

PRESERVE:

– Existing pages
– Existing page titles
– Existing QRecruit build history
– No merging yet
– No deleting yet
– No code changes
– No bot changes

TASK: Assign each QRecruit-related page a working function so the system stops trying to make one page do everything.

CHANGE LOG:

– Created a function map.
– Classified pages by role.
– Identified likely primary QRecruit page.
– Identified pages that should remain supporting/reference pages.
– No page content changed.

⸻

QRecruit Page Map — v1.0

Page Current Purpose Final Purpose Status Primary User Widget? Next Action
QRecruit Newly created / likely main page Primary QRecruit service introduction: who it serves, what it does, why it matters, how to use it Primary page Employers, hiring authorities, authorized reps Yes, if this is the operating page Make this the clean service page
qrecruit Older functional page / possible legacy build Preserve as legacy working reference until confirmed Hold / reference Internal build team Possibly Do not overwrite yet
QRecruit Introduction Introductory concept page May become supporting intro or redirect to main QRecruit page Supporting page Employers / public-facing visitors No, unless needed Compare with main QRecruit copy
QRecruit Concept Conceptual explanation Strategic concept page explaining the theory behind QRecruit Reference / concept Internal + sophisticated users No Keep as conceptual library page
Outline for QRecruit Planning / outline page Build outline and planning reference Internal reference Internal build team No Preserve as planning record
The QRecruit Build Build record Technical/development history and implementation notes Internal build page Internal build team No Preserve, do not use as public service page
QRecruit — Production Mapping Production/system mapping Maps QRecruit functions to production pieces System mapping Internal build team Maybe no Use for architecture decisions
QRecruit Policy Policy page Governs use, limits, authorization, disclosure, and service boundaries Policy page Employers, laterals, internal staff No Keep separate; link from main page
QRecruit alignment agreement Agreement related to alignment/disclosure Agreement page, but needs review so QRecruit is not overdefined as alignment Agreement / review needed Employers / laterals No Tighten language to avoid LexAlign confusion
qrecruit engagement Engagement explanation Explains engagement options after QRecruit use Engagement page Employers Possibly no Keep separate from service intro
qrecruit-engagement-terms Terms page Formal terms for QRecruit engagement Terms page Employers No Keep separate and link from engagement page
qrecruit-request Request page Intake/request pathway for employer to start or request QRecruit Request / conversion page Employers Possibly form/widget Determine form or widget placement
Distribution Target Brief Target-specific distribution preparation Supporting tool used when QRecruit requires controlled targeting or representation Supporting module Employers, laterals, recruiters, staff Yes, its own bots Keep separate; link only when needed
WPForm Map Add Position Form mapping Technical field map for Add Position / QRecruit intake Internal technical map Internal build team No Preserve for schema and WPForms work

⸻

Related Supporting Pages

Page Relationship to QRecruit Final Purpose Status Next Action
Add Position Feeds position creation into QRecruit Employer position intake / add-position surface Active support page Keep linked from QRecruit
Alignment Access Controlled access / screening flow Should not be the main QRecruit service page unless intentionally repurposed Needs separation Clarify whether it remains access/screening
Employer Position Verolex Scheme Position structure logic Explains employer position framework Supporting page Link from QRecruit or Position Record
Employer Workspace Employer control surface Operating space for employer actions Workspace page Link from main QRecruit page
Position Record Structured position object Core record QRecruit may create/use Core support page Keep separate and link
Position Record Policy Policy governing position records Policy support Policy page Keep separate
Marketplace / Distribution Résumé Lateral-side distribution material Related to QRecruit from candidate/disclosure side Supporting lateral page Do not merge into employer QRecruit page
Résumé Market Lateral marketplace concept Related but distinct from QRecruit Supporting lateral page Keep separate
STRUCTURAL EXAMPLES — EMPLOYER VERIFICATION & APPROVAL OPTIONS Verification/approval examples Governance examples for employer-side control Reference page Use as support for Verify/approval logic

⸻

Recommended Page Roles

1. Main Service Page

QRecruit

Purpose:

Introduce QRecruit, who it serves, what it does, why it matters, how it works, and the steps to use it.

This page should be lean and public-facing or member-facing depending access decision.

It should include:

– What QRecruit is
– Who it serves
– What problem it solves
– Why employers use it
– How it works
– The 8 steps
– Widget or route to widget
– Links to policy, terms, request, and position record

⸻

2. Process Page

Outline for QRecruit

or

The QRecruit Build

Purpose:

Hold the deeper 8-step explanation, implementation notes, workflow logic, and internal build structure.

Recommendation:

Keep the 8 steps visible on the main QRecruit page, but link to the deeper process/build page for detail.

⸻

3. Policy / Terms Pages

QRecruit Policy
qrecruit-engagement-terms
QRecruit alignment agreement

Purpose:

Keep governance, terms, disclosure, authorization, and agreement language separate from the main service introduction.

This prevents the main page from becoming too heavy.

⸻

4. Request / Conversion Page

qrecruit-request

Purpose:

Employer starts QRecruit, requests assistance, or submits an intake.

This is where a form or VCV can operate as a conversion surface.

⸻

5. Operating / Technical Pages

QRecruit — Production Mapping
WPForm Map Add Position
The QRecruit Build

Purpose:

Internal build, schema, form mapping, and implementation control.

These should not be rewritten as public-facing marketing pages.

⸻

Critical Separation Rule

QRecruit is not LexAlign.
LexAlign is not QRecruit.
Alignment Access is not the whole QRecruit service.
Distribution Target Brief is a supporting module, not the main QRecruit page.

Clean relationship:

LexAlign = alignment intelligence.
QRecruit = recruiting service/execution pathway.
Alignment Access = controlled access/screening flow.
Distribution Target Brief = controlled targeting/representation support.
Position Record = structured hiring object.

⸻

Recommended Next Action

The next task should be:

Lock the main QRecruit page role.

Decision required:

Should the page titled “QRecruit” become the primary service page?

My recommendation:

Yes. Use “QRecruit” as the primary service page.
Keep “qrecruit” as legacy/reference until confirmed safe.

Then we build only this:

QRecruit Primary Service Page v1.0

with this order:

1. What QRecruit is
2. Who it serves
3. Why it matters
4. How it works
5. Widget/switch area
6. Eight steps

Yes. I remember the point.

The approach was:

Do not rely on the chatbot’s built-in starting statement.
Instead, turn that feature off and use page-level code that reacts to the user, the page state, and the selected mode in real time.

That is the better approach for Verolex now, and this page is a strong place to implement it.

Here is the review-and-action content.

⸻

Verolex Directive — Reactive Chatbot Response Management

Core Rule

Verolex should not depend on static chatbot opening statements as the primary method of response management.

The chatbot starting statement feature should be treated as off by default unless a page has a specific exception.

Instead, Verolex should use reactive page-level control to shape chatbot openings, guidance, and transitions in response to:
•	page context
•	selected mode
•	user action
•	gating status
•	frame state
•	workflow stage

Reason

Static opening lines create friction because they:
•	fire too early
•	ignore page state
•	ignore gating state
•	ignore whether the user selected text, voice, file, verification, or result
•	repeat generic greetings instead of reflecting the live process

Reactive control is better because it allows Verolex to:
•	speak only when appropriate
•	match the selected frame or chamber layer
•	honor access restrictions and gating
•	present different guidance for VCV, VVC, Upload, Verification, and Result
•	reduce drift and unnecessary canned language

Verolex Policy

Default
•	Built-in starting statement: Off
•	Built-in forced opener behavior: Off
•	Page-level reactive messaging: On

Exception

A static starting statement may be used only where:
•	the page is simple
•	there is no frame switching
•	there is no gating logic
•	there is no layered workflow
•	there is no risk of conflicting with page controls

That is not the case for the Alignment Chamber.

⸻

Alignment Chamber Application

Why this page needs reactive control

The Alignment Chamber page now includes:
•	outer frame switching
•	chamber switching
•	guided review switching
•	VCV and VVC split
•	upload, verification, and result layers
•	TimePass / voice gating
•	future certification / setup / role gating

A static starting line is too blunt for that environment.

Chamber rule

On the Alignment Chamber page:
•	the bot should not greet generically on load
•	the page should respond to the selected state
•	each layer should present its own brief status or instruction line
•	VVC should not appear as though it has authority beyond Text, File, Verification, and Result
•	the visible prompt should reflect the selected pane and access state

⸻

Required Behavior Standard

1. On page load

No generic chatbot greeting should fire automatically.

Instead:
•	no chamber frame is open by default
•	no guided frame is open by default
•	no bot should appear to “speak first” unless the user enters a frame or a permitted default is intentionally chosen

2. When Enter Chamber is selected

The page should:
•	open the chamber frame
•	show the default chamber pane
•	present a short status line reflecting the selected pane

Example:
•	Structured review active.
•	Guided review active.
•	Upload materials active.
•	Verification active.
•	Result active.

3. When Guided Review is selected

The page should:
•	open the guided frame
•	default to text review
•	only present voice when the user chooses voice and passes the gate

4. When VVC is selected

The page should:
•	check the gate
•	show the TimePass / TokenPass access state if voice is not active
•	never allow voice messaging to imply authority beyond its permitted scope
•	defer artifact production to Text, File, Verification, or Result as applicable

5. When switching panes

The page should:
•	hide the previously active pane
•	show the newly selected pane
•	update the status line
•	not trigger stale or irrelevant opening statements from previously active bots

⸻

Global Verolex Standard

This should become a global Verolex operating rule:

Global Rule

For multi-layer or gated pages, chatbot response management should be handled by page logic, not static chatbot opening lines.

Pages that should use this standard
•	Alignment Chamber
•	Access Center
•	Hiring Coach
•	Placement Coach
•	policy pages with switches
•	pages using text / voice / file / result modes
•	pages using TimePass or token gating
•	pages where one bot routes to another
•	pages with guided workflow states

⸻

Implementation Standard

AI Engine settings

For the affected bots:
•	disable starting sentence / opener
•	disable canned first response behavior where it conflicts with page logic

Page logic

Use page-level JS to control:
•	frame open/close
•	pane selection
•	status text
•	gating prompts
•	transition language

Bot role division

Reactive page logic may introduce the current state, but the bots retain their substantive roles:
•	VCV = structured text review
•	VVC = guided voice layer
•	Upload = document-anchored analysis
•	Verification = support / unresolved / contradiction / readiness
•	Result = final disciplined output

⸻

Required Messaging Discipline

Good
•	Structured review active.
•	Voice review requires active TimePass.
•	Verification active.
•	Upload materials active.

Bad
•	generic greetings
•	repeated self-introduction
•	canned enthusiasm
•	statements that ignore gating or pane state
•	language that suggests the wrong bot role

⸻

Recommended Immediate Action for Alignment Chamber

Step 1

Turn off starting statements for:
•	lexalignment-vcv
•	lexalignment-vvc
•	lexalignment-upload-engine
•	lexalignment-verification
•	lexalignment-result

Step 2

Keep the current page-level JS as the first layer of response management.

Step 3

Expand page-level JS so it updates:
•	chamber status line
•	guided review state
•	voice gate notice
•	verification/result state labels

Step 4

Later, apply the same model globally to other Verolex switch pages.

⸻

Review Copy for Internal Use

Use this as your internal policy statement:

Verolex does not rely primarily on static chatbot opening statements for response management on layered or gated pages. Starting statements should generally be disabled in favor of page-level reactive logic that responds to mode selection, frame state, access status, and workflow stage. This approach reduces drift, prevents conflicting introductions, and aligns chatbot behavior with governed page architecture.

⸻

Action Version

Use this as the short implementation order:
1.	Disable bot starting statements on the Alignment Chamber bot set.
2.	Retain page-level frame and pane logic as the first response layer.
3.	Use live status messaging instead of generic bot greetings.
4.	Let VVC guide but not exceed the authority of Text, File, Verification, or Result.
5.	Apply the same standard to other multi-layer Verolex pages later.

If you want the next step, I will turn this into a compact implementation memo plus a code-ready checklist for the Alignment Chamber page only.
