LexAlign Managed Execution shows how AP&T performs authorized alignment work after LexAlign authorization has been granted and before a LexAlign Authorized Result is delivered.
LexAlign Managed Execution begins after LexAlign Authorization confirms that verified comparison materials may proceed within the approved alignment scope. During this phase, AP&T performs the authorized alignment work without expanding the comparison, changing the approved records, or creating authority to disclose results.
Managed Execution does not itself authorize publication, candidate contact, attorney outreach, interview activity, selection, offer activity, or hiring decisions. It carries out the approved LexAlign work and prepares the matter for an Authorized Result.
LexAlign Managed Execution is limited to the activities approved through LexAlign Authorization. Staff may not broaden the comparison, add unapproved records, disclose alignment findings, contact attorneys, rank candidates for action, or use LexAlign outputs outside the approved scope.
If execution identifies incomplete records, conflicting criteria, additional comparison needs, or disclosure requests beyond the authorized scope, the matter returns to the appropriate Authorization Communicator before further operational activity occurs.
Within this AP&T demonstration, LexAlign Managed Execution represents the controlled implementation of an approved alignment process. It documents the operational work completed after authorization and before the LexAlign Authorized Result is prepared for delivery.
After LexAlign Managed Execution has been completed, AP&T may present the LexAlign Authorized Result within the approved scope.
