Verolex™ Orientation

Verolex Playbook

The Playbook establishes the operating rules for Verolex before a participant relies on the system during orientation or operational access.

Purpose

The Playbook explains how to participate in Verolex safely and correctly. It defines the difference between learning, preparation, registration, authorization, and operational use.

These rules apply during 28-Day Orientation Access and continue to govern later operational access. Operational pages inherit the Playbook through VSS, page-specific rules, access level requirements, TimePass, TokenPass, and documented authorization.

The Playbook establishes the operating rules. VSS carries those rules into operational access.

Core Principles

Orientation first

Participants should understand the system, its limits, and its governance before relying on Verolex for active workflows.

Registration is not authorization

Registration enables return access. It does not authorize disclosure, outreach, publication, routing, or final result use.

Preparation is not authorization

A résumé, profile, position, interview, verification, or result is not final merely because it was prepared.

Consent controls materials

Materials are handled within the applicable page rules and cannot be used beyond the authorized workflow.

No outreach without authorization

Verolex does not contact, disclose to, or route information to outside parties without documented authorization.

Operational access remains governed

Access level selection, TimePass, TokenPass, VSS, page rules, and human review may apply before active use.

Ask the Playbook Communicator

Use the Playbook Virtual Communicator to ask what is allowed, what remains restricted, what requires authorization, and how VSS carries these rules into operational access.

This Playbook page does not accept uploads, verify files, generate results, or authorize action. It explains the rules before active use.

Your Orientation Notes

Use this space to record questions, concerns, or rules you want to remember while reviewing the Playbook. These notes stay in your browser until you download or clear them.

These browser notes are not a Verolex submission, record, upload, verification request, or authorization. Download them if you want to keep a copy.

Preparation is not authorization. Notes are private preparation unless separately submitted through an authorized workflow.

Rules That Continue Into Operational Access

The Playbook is not limited to the 28-day period. These rules continue to govern Verolex when a participant later moves into operational access.

Orientation is not operational access

Orientation explains Verolex and prepares the participant. Operational access is a later governed stage.

Registration is not authorization

Registration enables return access. It does not authorize Verolex to disclose, publish, route, contact, or act externally.

Uploads are governed

Uploads are allowed only where the page permits them. Uploading does not itself authorize external use or disclosure.

Voice is governed

VVC access may require TimePass. Voice guidance does not replace documented authorization where authorization is required.

Results are governed

A generated result is not final merely because it exists. Verification, review, and authorization may still be required.

Human review remains part of the system

Sensitive, consequential, externally directed, or professional-use activity may require human review.

VSS Inheritance

The Playbook establishes the operating rules. VSS carries those rules into operational access by applying privacy, consent, authorization, professional standards, security boundaries, and abuse resistance to active workflows.

Operational access inherits the Playbook through VSS.

Next Orientation Steps

After reviewing the Playbook, continue through the orientation sequence. Each page explains what is available, what remains restricted, and what requires authorization before operational use.

Do not treat this page as authorization for outreach, disclosure, publication, routing, verification, or result use.
