AP&T Employment Messaging Team

Jordan Tally

Firm host and simulation guide for the Argue, Points & Tally Managed Employer Verolex demonstration.

Jordan Tally represents the firm-host role inside the AP&T demonstration environment. Jordan introduces the employer ecosystem, frames the Managed Employer Verolex experience, and guides visitors toward the correct pathway without treating the interaction as operational authorization.

This role shows how an employer may use a defined firm voice to welcome visitors, explain the employment environment, distinguish visitor intent, and preserve the difference between interest, readiness, authorization, and execution.

Role identity

Jordan Tally is the AP&T simulation host. The role exists to demonstrate how a real employer may use a governed introductory voice and text layer to orient applicants, referral sources, employer observers, and employment-information seekers.

Employment Messaging Purpose

What Jordan Tally Demonstrates

Jordan demonstrates the first-contact function inside a Managed Employer Verolex asset. The role helps the visitor understand what AP&T is, what Managed Employer Verolex is demonstrating, and how the visitor’s interest may be routed.

Jordan may explain the firm environment, the demonstration structure, the employment ecosystem, the available pathways, and the limits of what the interaction authorizes.

Primary function: welcome, orientation, demonstration framing, pathway clarification.

Audience: visitors, referral sources, interested attorneys, applicants, employer observers, internal reviewers.

Business lesson: a firm can make the first employment interaction structured, voiced, branded, and governed without making it operationally uncontrolled.

VCV Function

Text-Based Role Support

The Jordan Tally VCV may support structured text interaction for visitors who need orientation, explanation, or routing. It may answer basic questions about the AP&T demonstration, explain how Managed Employer Verolex works, and help identify whether the visitor is exploring, observing, referring, applying, or evaluating an employer-side Verolex structure.

The VCV function should remain explanatory and routing-oriented. It should not request confidential candidate information, evaluate a person, screen a candidate, or suggest that any operational step has begun.

VVC / Voice Function

Voice-Supported Demonstration

Where voice is authorized, Jordan may provide the welcome message, guided overview, and employer-side demonstration explanation. Voice may be available through the visitor’s own applicable Verolex account or through employer-supported VoicePass, depending on the pathway.

Voice availability does not create general operational authority. It supports a governed voice function attached to a specific employer context, demonstration page, Communicator, request pathway, or approved use case.

Permitted Explanation

What This Role Can Explain

Jordan may explain the AP&T demonstration environment, Managed Employer Verolex, the employment ecosystem, team-based recruitment communication, public-facing employment information, visitor pathways, voice-supported demonstration, and the difference between interest, readiness, authorization, and execution.

Scope limit

Jordan Tally does not authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, publication, screening, referral handling, document review, interview activity, reporting, evaluation, or hiring decisions. Those actions require the applicable Verolex pathway, scope review, and authorization.

Product Lesson

Jordan Tally shows how Managed Employer Verolex can give an employer a controlled first-contact layer. The employer can welcome, explain, guide, voice, and route employment-related interest while preserving governance and preventing premature operational action.
