Verolex personnel manage the approved service process. Decisions remain with the client.
What It Is
Managed Verolex serves clients who want the benefit of Verolex without making a significant time investment to operate the system directly.
Verolex personnel manage the approved service process according to the client’s specifications, content, timing, and outcome requirements.
Why It Is Pragmatic
Some clients want governed employment, recruiting, placement, or professional-introduction support without first learning AI workflows, Verolex operations, or direct system use.
Managed Verolex allows those clients to receive structured service work operated by Verolex personnel while retaining direction, review, and final decision authority.
What It Can Include
Managed Verolex may include Position Listings, AIRecruiter setup, employer-site listing or embed support, Verolex directory placement, candidate intake, résumé or file intake, recruiting support, placement support, professional introductions, interview support, alignment review, Talent Scout, shortlist or reporting support, and broader recruiting services where selected and approved.
Decision Authority
Verolex performs work within the approved service scope. Hiring, outreach, disclosure, reliance, publication, and final decisions remain with the client.
Guided Use Remains Available
Guided Verolex is for clients who want a more direct role in using Verolex. After Orientation, clients may use Guided Verolex workflows, Communicators, records, and review processes to support their own employment, recruiting, placement, or institutional work.
