AP&T Communicators

A governed Communicator directory showing how Managed Employer Verolex can support employer-side explanation, routing, practice context, voice-enabled guidance, intake, verification, authorization, and result preparation without creating uncontrolled recruiting or hiring activity.

The AP&T Communicators demonstrate how a fictional law firm may use defined text and voice Communicators to guide visitors through employment-related information, practice explanation, firm context, and request routing.

These Communicators are not recruiters, hiring authorities, interviewers, evaluators, or publication tools. They are governed explanation and routing assets inside the Managed Employer Verolex demonstration.

Communicator function

Each Communicator has a defined role. It may explain, clarify, route, and frame next steps, but it does not authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, screening, confidential document review, interviews, evaluation, reporting, offers, or hiring decisions.

Communicator Types

Text, Voice, File, Verify, Authorization, Result

VCV / Text Communicator — supports structured explanation, clarification, and pathway guidance.

VVC / Voice Communicator — supports authorized voice explanation where voice access or VoicePass applies.

File Communicator — supports file-guided intake only where the pathway permits document handling.

Verify Communicator — supports review of identity, scope, records, pathway status, and applicable constraints.

Authorization Communicator — separates explanation from approved operational action.

Result Communicator — prepares governed outputs only where scope, records, verification, and authorization support the result.

Governance note

AP&T Communicators support explanation, guidance, and pathway routing. They do not authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, publication, screening, referral handling, confidential document review, interview activity, reporting, evaluation, selection, offer activity, or hiring decisions. Those actions require the applicable Verolex pathway, scope review, verification, and authorization.

Relationship to People and Team

The People directory identifies the attorneys. The Team directory explains each employment-facing role. The Communicators directory defines the governed text and voice assets that support the demonstration.
