File function
A file upload may support intake, preparation, verification, or later authorized review. It does not by itself authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, publication, screening, referral handling, document review, evaluation, reporting, offers, or hiring decisions.

Uploading a file does not authorize Verolex or AP&T to review, publish, distribute, contact candidates, screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, prepare reports, make recommendations, or take hiring action. Those steps require the applicable pathway, scope review, verification, authorization, and managed execution.
