AP&T Voice Communicators
A governed voice layer showing how Managed Employer Verolex can support employer-side explanation, practice context, intake orientation, and pathway guidance without expanding recruiting, screening, evaluation, or hiring authority.
AP&T Voice Communicators demonstrate how a fictional law firm may use authorized voice interaction to make employer information easier to understand, more personal, and more guided.
Voice does not change the underlying governance. A VVC may explain, clarify, and route. It does not authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, screening, confidential document review, interviews, evaluation, reporting, offers, or hiring decisions.
Voice function
Each AP&T Voice Communicator is a governed spoken interface tied to a defined role. Voice may improve explanation and orientation, but it does not create operational authority.
Access
VoicePass and Authorized Voice Use
Voice Communicators may be available through the visitor’s applicable Verolex access or through an employer-supported VoicePass experience. Voice availability depends on pathway, scope, configuration, permissions, and applicable Verolex rules.
A visitor may use text Communicators for general orientation. Voice is an added governed capability, not a substitute for review, verification, authorization, or managed execution.

Governance note
AP&T Voice Communicators support authorized spoken explanation, guidance, and pathway routing. They do not authorize recruiting activity, candidate contact, publication, screening, referral handling, confidential document review, interview activity, reporting, evaluation, selection, offer activity, or hiring decisions.
Relationship to Text Communicators
Text Communicators provide the default governed explanation layer. Voice Communicators provide an authorized spoken layer for the same role-based functions. Voice changes the interaction format, not the scope of authority.
