Purpose
Once Position Record Authorization has been completed, AP&T personnel may perform the approved work required to prepare the Position Record for its authorized use. That work may include organizing the record, confirming the approved hiring criteria, preparing downstream workflow materials, and documenting what staff completed.
Managed Execution does not change the Position Record, expand the authorized hiring objective, publish a Position Listing, perform LexAlign, contact attorneys, or produce a result unless those activities are within the approved scope.
Managed Execution Activities
- Review the approved Position Record Authorization.
- Confirm the authorized position scope and hiring objective.
- Organize Position Record materials for approved use.
- Prepare approved downstream workflow materials.
- Document staff execution activities.
- Identify issues requiring additional authorization.
- Prepare the matter for the Position Record Authorized Result.
Operational Standards
Position Record Managed Execution is limited to the work approved through Position Record Authorization. Staff may not publish a listing, initiate recruiting activity, run LexAlign, disclose confidential materials, contact attorneys, or broaden the position scope unless separately authorized.
If execution reveals missing criteria, changed hiring needs, conflicting materials, or additional requested work, the matter returns to the appropriate Authorization Communicator before further operational activity occurs.
Managed Employer Operational Note
Within this AP&T demonstration, Position Record Managed Execution represents the staff implementation phase for the approved Position Record. It documents the operational work performed after authorization and before the Position Record Authorized Result is prepared for delivery.
