A governed Authorization Voice Communicator supporting review of whether a verified Position Record may proceed to Position Listing preparation, LexAlign, managed recruiting activities, or other authorized employer workflows.

Purpose

Position Record Authorization VVC demonstrates how Managed Employer Verolex determines whether a verified Position Record satisfies the authorization requirements necessary to support the employer's approved recruiting objectives. Authorization confirms that the Position Record, supporting materials, governance requirements, scope, and employer approvals permit the requested managed activity to proceed.

Authorization review does not itself publish a Position Listing, perform LexAlign, recruit attorneys, contact candidates, schedule interviews, or make hiring decisions. It determines whether those activities may proceed through the appropriate governed Managed Employer Verolex workflow.

  • Confirm verified Position Record status

Position Record Authorization Voice Communicator

Voice authorization review requires applicable TimePass or VoicePass access. Position Record Authorization VVC may review whether a verified Position Record satisfies the authorization requirements for the next Managed Employer Verolex step. It does not authorize Position Listing publication, LexAlign processing, recruiting activity, candidate contact, interviews, hiring decisions, or operational execution.
