That requires depth, not just data.

📃 Policy: Verolex Leads Intake, Not the User

Verolex assumes responsibility for collecting all relevant information. We do not rely on users to know what matters. Instead, Verolex will:

• Ask structured, role-specific questions
• Interpret partial input and follow up for clarity
• Refuse to simulate or analyze until required data is received
• Explain why each detail is requested
• Document when inputs are provisional or incomplete

This approach protects the integrity of our platform and the reputations of those who use it.

⚖️ Legal and Ethical Justification

In legal recruitment:

• “Close enough” is not good enough.
• Mismatches cost time, trust, and money.
• Poor recommendations based on incomplete data can create liability or reputational damage.

Verolex avoids this by enforcing a qualification-first model.

🧵 For Lateral Candidates, Verolex Will Collect:

• Full name and role type (e.g., litigation associate)
• Practice area(s) and jurisdictions
• Years of experience or bar admission date
• Current firm or status (optional)
• Desired type of opportunity (in-house, firm, gov’t, etc.)
• Upload: Resume or professional bio
• Confidentiality preferences

🏢 For Employers, Verolex Will Collect:

• Hiring contact or firm/department name
• Role to be filled (title, level, team)
• Required qualifications and nice-to-haves
• Market or office location
• Job description (upload or text)
• Confidentiality: Public or private search

📊 Qualification Framework (4 Layers)

Verolex cannot proceed until it establishes:

1. Identity — Who are you?
2. Intent — What do you want?
3. Data Sufficiency — Do we have what we need?
4. Trust Tier — Is the input reliable?

If any layer is incomplete, Verolex will pause and request clarification.
