Imagineer Memory Controls

Imagineer remembers what matters—just long enough to improve your experience, never long enough to compromise it. These controls explain how Verolex memory works across conversations, uploads, and sessions.

Purpose and Design

Memory within Verolex exists to personalize interaction—helping your Virtual Communicators (VCVs and VVCs) recall context, tone, and goals. It enables continuity between sessions while giving you the same level of control expected in professional legal environments.

Every element of this system is designed for transparency, security, and user consent. You decide when memory starts, what’s stored, and when it’s cleared.

Types of Memory

Session Memory (Temporary)

  • Active only while a browser session remains open.
  • Remembers conversation flow for smoother replies.
  • Automatically clears on page refresh, logout, or browser close.
  • Used in tour and demo environments to simulate continuity without data storage.

Persistent Memory (Member Access)

  • Available to registered members of LegalRecruiter.com with Memory Tools enabled.
  • Securely retains uploaded documents, chart results, and preference data between visits.
  • Allows Verolex AI Sync to generate consistent guidance, summaries, and alignment charts over time.
  • Can be paused, edited, or permanently deleted at any point through the member dashboard.

User Control

All memory functions are user-governed and reversible. You can:

  • Review stored items via the Memory Dashboard.
  • Export or download your stored data.
  • Clear history or delete selected records instantly.
  • Request full erasure of persistent memory via privacy@verolex.store.

Session data is never exported or retained after closure. Persistent memory is encrypted, access-controlled, and limited to authorized systems supporting LegalRecruiter and Verolex services.

Data Security

All Verolex memory systems operate within secure infrastructure. Encryption, authentication layers, and veracity tracking protect uploaded and retained data. No personal information is shared externally without explicit user consent.

Compliance and Transparency

Verolex operates in alignment with global data privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA. Members can view audit trails and consent logs within their dashboards when available.

Ethical Standards

Our philosophy is simple: memory should enhance understanding, not surveillance. Imagineer’s role is to support human recruitment decisions—not to replace them.
