AP&T uses the Verification Communicator to review whether recruiting, attorney evaluation, and position-planning information is complete, consistent, and appropriate for the requested use before it moves toward authorization or result preparation.
Why This Resource Exists
Before AP&T relies on recruiting materials, position criteria, attorney credentials, or internal hiring instructions, the firm must understand whether the information is sufficiently complete and reliable for the intended use. Verification protects the firm from acting on incomplete records, outdated assumptions, or unsupported hiring criteria.
The Verification Communicator supports that review by separating submitted information from reviewed information. A document, statement, or request may be useful, but it does not become operationally reliable until it has been examined in context.
How AP&T Uses the Verification Communicator
Review supporting recruiting and hiring materials for completeness.
Identify missing, inconsistent, outdated, or unclear information.
Confirm whether a Profile Record or Position Record is ready for further review.
Evaluate whether submitted materials match the firm’s stated hiring objective.
Flag issues requiring clarification from practice leadership or recruiting personnel.
Prepare reviewed information for authorization where appropriate.
Professional Standards
Verification is not approval. It does not authorize outreach, candidate review, publication, disclosure, delivery, or implementation. It establishes whether the information before AP&T is sufficiently reviewed to support a later authorization decision.
If information is incomplete or inconsistent, AP&T may request clarification, hold the matter for further review, or decline to proceed until the record supports the requested use.
Managed Employer Operational Note
Within this AP&T demonstration, the Verification Communicator operates inside the firm’s Managed Employer Verolex environment. It supports record review and readiness assessment; any permission to act, disclose, deliver, or produce a result remains subject to the Authorization Communicator.
Next Step
Once supporting information has been reviewed, AP&T may use the Authorization Communicator to determine what action, disclosure, delivery, or result is permitted.
