Purpose
Referral Pool Managed Execution begins after Referral Pool Authorization confirms that verified referral-pool or talent-pool materials may proceed within the approved scope. During this phase, AP&T performs only the operational work authorized for the referral-pool matter.
Managed Execution does not authorize candidate contact, referral distribution, attorney outreach, confidential disclosure, interview activity, selection, offer activity, or hiring decisions. It carries out the approved referral-pool work and prepares the matter for an Authorized Result.
Managed Execution Activities
- Review the approved Referral Pool Authorization.
- Confirm the authorized referral-pool or talent-pool scope.
- Organize approved pool materials and supporting records.
- Perform the approved referral-pool review or managed follow-up preparation.
- Document execution work performed by AP&T staff.
- Identify issues requiring additional authorization.
- Prepare the completed referral-pool matter for Authorized Result delivery.
Operational Standards
Referral Pool Managed Execution is limited to the activities approved through Referral Pool Authorization. Staff may not contact attorneys, distribute referrals, disclose confidential materials, initiate recruiting activity, conduct interviews, rank candidates for action, or use pool materials outside the approved scope.
If execution identifies missing information, broader pool use, candidate-contact requests, disclosure questions, or additional managed work outside the authorized scope, the matter returns to the appropriate Authorization Communicator before further operational activity occurs.
Managed Employer Operational Note
Within this AP&T demonstration, Referral Pool Managed Execution represents the controlled implementation of approved referral-pool or talent-pool work. It documents the operational work completed after authorization and before the Referral Pool Authorized Result is prepared for delivery.
