The result may identify authorized pool observations, approved follow-up limits, remaining verification issues, or whether additional authorization is required before further action.

This Communicator does not contact attorneys, distribute referrals, disclose confidential pool materials, initiate recruiting activity, conduct interviews, rank candidates for action, or make hiring decisions. It presents only the authorized Referral Pool result.
