AP&T Authorization Communicators demonstrate how the firm confirms whether a verified request is permitted to proceed to a defined managed action.
Authorization is the controlled step between readiness review and managed execution. It does not itself recruit, publish, contact candidates, screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, produce results, or make hiring decisions.
Authorization function
Authorization Communicators confirm whether the requested action, scope, record, pathway, and prerequisites support a managed execution step. They preserve the boundary between readiness and execution.

Governance note
AP&T Authorization Communicators support authorization review only. Authorization review does not itself perform recruiting activity, candidate contact, publication, screening, referral handling, confidential document review, interview activity, reporting, evaluation, selection, offer activity, or hiring decisions. Managed execution remains separate.
Relationship to Verification, Managed Execution, and Authorized Results
The Verification Communicator confirms readiness. Authorization Communicators confirm whether a governed action may proceed. Managed Execution performs the approved work within the authorized scope. Authorized Results Communicators present outputs only after the applicable scope, verification, authorization, and managed execution rules are satisfied.
