TalentScout™ Data Use & Access

Scope

TalentScout™ operates on top of VeroVault™ to match employer needs with candidate profiles under strict confidentiality. It supports role briefs, alignment charts, and sourcing extracts. Employer-facing widgets may be embedded on public sites, but never expose private candidate data.

Data sources

• Employer inputs: role briefs, must-haves, compensation bands, governance constraints.
• Candidate materials: résumé/CV, matter lists, verified updates (with candidate consent).
• Public signals: firm/practice metadata and market references where permitted.

Access controls

• Employer users see only data within their organization namespace or candidate releases addressed to them.
• Verolex staff may access for QA and recruiter services under confidentiality.
• No public disclosure of candidate identifiers without a written release.

Allowable uses

• Retrieval-only with citations from authorized materials.
• Alignment analytics restricted to the employer’s namespace or de-identified aggregates (if contracted).
• No model training on private materials unless explicitly opted into VADP.

Releases & consent

Introductions, submissions, and shortlist disclosures require candidate authorization. TalentScout™ records release events with timestamps, user IDs, and the policy version in force.
