AI-assisted outputs

  • Verolex tools may use AI to summarize, classify, or format information you provide.
  • Outputs can contain errors or omissions and require human review before you rely on them.
  • Where noted, Verolex may store final text only, not audio, to prepare agreed deliverables such as Candidate Briefs.

Sources & accuracy

  • When research is enabled, Verolex prefers verifiable sources, including official employer pages, filings, and reputable outlets.
  • Verolex aims to cite or link sources in artifacts where practical. If a citation is absent, verify before relying on the information.
  • Public web content can change. Time-sensitive facts should be confirmed directly with the source.

Human oversight

  • Recruiters review high-impact outputs, including employer profiles and suitability summaries, before sharing.
  • You may request correction or removal of content about you or your organization.

Compensation & relationships

  • Verolex Store may receive fees from employers for successful placements under standard recruiting agreements.
  • Verolex does not sell personal data. If third-party processors are used for hosting, email, scheduling, or research, they act under contract and instruction.
  • Sponsored content or affiliate relationships will be identified where applicable.

Confidentiality & conflicts

  • Member records are handled as confidential and used only to provide agreed services.
  • Verolex screens for conflicts and may decline or reassign work if a material conflict is identified.

Security

  • Verolex uses industry-standard protections for accounts and stored artifacts.
  • Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. For sensitive matters, request a secured channel.

Accessibility

Verolex aims for accessible, keyboard-friendly experiences. If you encounter barriers, let us know and Verolex will prioritize a fix.

Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective or revised date. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
