Purpose
VADP invites practitioners (attorneys, recruiters, educators) to improve Verolex tools through structured, opt-in contributions—prioritizing privacy, consent, and representation across practice areas and jurisdictions.
What participation means
- Provide de-identified examples, patterns, and practice guidance (e.g., matter outlines, process checklists).
- Review and annotate prompt/response rubrics for quality and bias checks.
- Optionally allow select artifacts to be used for model-tuning of Verolex custom models (never foundation models) under a DPA.
Consent & controls
- Explicit opt-in per contribution; no silent enrollment.
- Tiered options: (A) Feedback only; (B) De-identified examples; (C) Controlled tuning for Verolex models.
- Revocation honored prospectively; we cease future use and note revocation in the audit trail.
Attribution & benefits
- Private acknowledgment or public credit (your choice).
- Early access to features and evaluators; invitations to cohort sessions.
- Optional honoraria for major contributions (subject to separate agreement).
What VADP is not
- Not blanket permission to use your private materials outside your account or org namespace.
- Not foundation-model training consent.
- Not a waiver of your privacy rights under Privacy & Consent.
