Employer Intake — Why a “baseline”

Every employer is different — that’s why this work matters. Intake is not a template for employers. It’s the minimum decision structure Verolex needs to produce accurate, conservative outputs (a listing-ready role description, screening criteria, and alignment-ready notes) without guessing.

If you need to stop mid-stream, use Save and Resume Later. Verolex treats partial submissions as triage: we can start with clarifying questions and a first-pass role brief, then finalize decision-ready artifacts once the baseline inputs are complete.

After the baseline is set, Intake II is where employer-specific variables (team dynamics, client mix, competitor context, process constraints, and expanded support) shape deeper workflow support and decision-ready artifacts.

Privacy default: session-only unless you explicitly opt into memory. No legal advice. No promises.

Service focus (what support do you want?)

To help Verolex respond with discipline, choose what you need now and what can wait. If you’re unsure, select 1–3 items under Service request — core support, and we’ll refine after your first pass.

Basic service questions (Stage I)

  1. Primary objective today: What outcome matters most right now—publish a listing, refine a requisition, screen applicants, or support interviews?
  2. Timeline: Is this urgent (days), near-term (weeks), or planned (month+)? What is your target start date?
  3. Role definition: Do you already have a written role description, or should Verolex build a clean draft from bullets?
  4. Screening preference: Do you want Verolex to propose screening criteria (must-haves / strong-plus / disqualifiers)?
  5. Interview support: Do you want structured interview questions and a scoring rubric for consistency?
  6. Scope of help: Do you want AI-only outputs, or AI + staff support when appropriate (where available)?
  7. Confidentiality level: Is this a public search, confidential search, or replacement/stealth search?
Tip: You can answer in short phrases. If you use “Save and Resume Later,” we’ll still be able to triage your priority.

Advanced service questions (Stage II / premium workflow)

These questions shape decision-ready artifacts and expanded process support. Answer only what’s relevant.

  1. Market mapping: Do you want a market scan (peer firms, likely talent pools, compensation/structure signals)?
  2. Competitor context: Are there specific competitors you consider “direct,” and what differentiators matter to you?
  3. Talent pool development: Do you want outreach/referrals strategy (internal network, alumni, associations, publications)?
  4. Applicant document screening: Should Verolex screen incoming resumes/materials against your criteria and produce shortlists?
  5. Interview operations: Do you want scheduling support, interview packets, interviewer calibration notes, and post-interview summaries?
  6. Correspondence: Should Verolex draft outreach, follow-ups, rejection language, and candidate comms for your approval?
  7. Offer support: Do you want offer-ready documentation support (non-legal), comparison grids, and decision notes?
  8. Onboarding coordination: Do you want a structured onboarding checklist and integration plan for the first 30/60/90 days?
  9. Alignment tools: Do you want alignment snapshots/charts to compare role requirements against candidate signals?
  10. Your custom request: Is there any support you want that isn’t listed here? Describe it plainly; Verolex will respond with a feasible workflow or a safe alternative.

Governance note: Verolex can organize hiring workflows and documents, but does not provide legal advice or guarantees. Privacy defaults to session-only unless you explicitly opt into memory.

Service request + triage (tell Verolex what you need first)

Tell Verolex what you want help with first. Then we’ll collect the baseline details needed to produce conservative, usable outputs without guessing. If you don’t have everything ready, you can save a draft and return later.
