Profile Record — Policy

A Profile Record defines the structural conditions under which a firm operates. It establishes the framework applied to all positions and is used in alignment and hiring evaluation.

Purpose

The Profile Record defines how work is performed, evaluated, and advanced within the firm. It is used to assess whether a candidate can operate within those conditions.

Scope

  • Partnership track criteria
  • Compensation structure
  • Billing and collections expectations
  • Origination requirements
  • Supervision and training structure
  • Governance participation

Use in Verolex

Profile Record conditions are applied during alignment to determine whether a candidate can operate within the firm structure.

This condition is applied before listing, screening, or interview progression.

Relationship to Position Record

The Profile Record defines the firm environment. The Position Record defines the role. Both are applied together in evaluation.

Governance

Profile Records are private by default. Use in listings, interaction, or evaluation requires explicit authorization by the account holder.

Only the account holder may authorize visibility or use of Profile Record content.

Q&A Compliance

Verolex Virtual Communicators (VCV), Voice Communicators (VVC), and system governance (VSS) operate in accordance with structured Q&A rules.

  • Responses are limited to defined record data and authorized inputs
  • Inference beyond approved content is restricted
  • Interaction scope is determined by employer-selected settings
  • Escalation and deeper engagement require authorization

Q&A responses are governed. They are not open-ended or speculative.
