Verolex™ Preparation

Recruiter Preparation

Demonstrations, examples, records, Communicators, and workflows designed to help recruiters understand how Verolex supports professional representation, opportunity evaluation, alignment, referrals, introductions, and governed recruiting activity before Setup & Configuration begins.

Purpose

Recruiter Preparation follows Recruiter Orientation and precedes Setup & Configuration.

Orientation explained Verolex.

Preparation demonstrates Verolex.

The objective is to help recruiters understand how records, alignment workflows, Communicators, professional representation systems, referral boundaries, introduction pathways, and recruiting services operate before participation requirements are established.

Preparation exists so recruiters can make informed decisions before investing significant time, money, effort, candidate information, employer information, or market information.

Preparation is not authorization. Demonstrations do not authorize introductions, candidate representation, employer contact, candidate submission, information distribution, referral activity, or recruiting activity.

Communicators

Verolex Communicators provide structured guidance, review, explanation, evaluation support, and workflow assistance.

Demonstrations may include text, voice, file review, verification, authorization, and result-oriented interactions.

VCV is the default text-based Communicator. VVC voice interaction requires the applicable TimePass or voice authorization.

Communicators assist.

Recruiters retain authority.

Desktop & Mobile Applications

Preparation includes demonstrations of the Verolex Desktop Application and Mobile Application.

Recruiters should understand how records, workspaces, Communicators, VoicePass, and recruiting services function across devices before Setup & Configuration begins.

The device may change.

Governance does not.

Professional Representation, Referrals & Introductions

Recruiter Preparation may demonstrate how Verolex structures professional representation, referral review, opportunity evaluation, and introduction pathways.

Representation, referral activity, candidate disclosure, employer contact, résumé submission, opportunity presentation, and professional introductions remain subject to the applicable authorization, consent, and Verolex governance requirements.

Preparation helps recruiters understand the boundaries before live recruiting activity begins.

What Setup & Configuration Establishes

Setup & Configuration is the first operational phase of participation.

During Setup, Verolex establishes participant context necessary to support recruiting workflows, recommendations, records, evaluations, Communicators, and future participation.

Depending on services selected, Setup may establish objectives, recruiting preferences, classifications, referral context, participation requirements, and workspace configuration.

Setup does not authorize introductions, candidate representation, information distribution, candidate submission, employer outreach, referral activity, or recruiting activity beyond the approved scope.

Structured recruiting requires structured context.

What Happens Next

After Preparation, recruiters may proceed to Recruiter Setup & Configuration.

Preparation demonstrates the system.

Setup personalizes the system.

Workspace participation follows Setup.

Authorized recruiting services follow participation.
