Registration is required before Orientation begins.
A form submission, invitation request, or administrative approval does not create account access, activate Orientation Access, establish membership, authorize participation, or permit operational use.
Orientation Access becomes active only after registration is completed and Verolex assigns the appropriate access status to the account.
Orientation Access Sequence
Verolex uses a structured access sequence so that Orientation, governance, privacy, verification, authorization, and participant expectations are handled in the correct order.
-
1
Invitation Request Received
Verolex receives the request or intake submission.
-
2
Structure Alignment Review
Verolex reviews the request for classification, market, practice area, institutional role, use context, and alignment with Orientation purpose.
-
3
Approved for Orientation Access — Registration Required
Approval for Orientation Access review does not itself create account access. Registration remains required.
-
4
Participant Registration
The participant completes the required registration step using the submitted or approved email address.
-
5
Orientation Access Assigned
Verolex assigns the appropriate Orientation Access status to the registered account.
-
6
Orientation Access Active
Orientation may begin only after access is active.
-
7
Orientation Objectives and Standards
The participant reviews the governing Orientation standard and completes the required acknowledgment exercise.
-
8
Baseline Alignment / Strong Alignment Review
Verolex may review responses to determine whether baseline alignment, additional orientation, strong alignment review, or further eligibility review is appropriate.
What To Do Next
If you have not registered
Complete registration for Orientation Access. Use the same email address submitted with your request unless Verolex has instructed otherwise.
If you already registered
Sign in and wait for Orientation Access assignment if access is not yet active. Registration alone does not mean Orientation Access has been assigned.
If you are reviewing the framework first
Review the Orientation Framework before registration. The framework explains why Verolex uses structured access, Orientation, governance, privacy, verification, authorization, and human review before operational use.
Access Boundary
Orientation Access is a governed access status. It does not create authority to act for Verolex, submit materials for operational use, initiate outreach, receive referral privileges, obtain guaranteed results, or bypass verification and authorization requirements.
Structure before reliance. Alignment before privilege. Authorization before result.
Verolex uses this registration step to preserve participant identity, access control, Orientation integrity, privacy, verification, authorization, and reviewability before any operational use begins.
