Verolex Setup Policy

Setup Satisfaction & Review Assurance

Verolex provides a structured review period for guided Setup & Configuration because setup is personal to the participant’s Orientation record, assigned pathway, and governed use context.

This policy explains what Setup & Configuration is, what Verolex assures during the setup review period, what setup does not guarantee, and how the 7-Day Setup Review Assurance applies.

The assurance is intended to build trust in the setup process while preserving Verolex governance, privacy limits, verification requirements, authorization controls, and protection against misuse.

What Setup & Configuration Is

Setup & Configuration establishes the participant’s initial Verolex operating structure: the governed framework through which the participant’s assigned pathway is prepared.

That structure reflects the participant’s Orientation record, assigned setup path, use context, required setup information, applicable limits, and next-step conditions for governed use.

The operating structure does not itself create operational authorization, approval, publication, referral activity, market participation, or permission to use any configured pathway outside Verolex authorization controls.

As Verolex gains additional insight through participant submissions, review activity, verification, staff evaluation, or authorized use, the participant’s operating structure may be refined.

Refinement may include adjustment of required information, pathway sequencing, record preparation, communicator use, review requirements, access conditions, or next-step recommendations.

These refinements do not replace Verolex authorization controls. They are part of the governed setup process and are intended to keep the participant’s structure aligned with the participant’s reviewed role, use context, and applicable Verolex standards.

What Verolex Assures

For guided Setup & Configuration, Verolex assures that the participant will receive access to the assigned setup pathway confirmed from the Orientation record.

The setup pathway is intended to identify the information, requirements, and next steps applicable to the participant’s assigned role, institution, or professional context.

Verolex also provides a 7-Day Setup Review Assurance after the participant completes the Setup QA & Satisfaction Review.

Review period: The 7-day review period begins only after the participant submits the Setup QA & Satisfaction Review for the assigned setup path.

7-Day Setup Review Assurance

During the 7-day review period, the participant may request cancellation and refund of the initial guided Setup & Configuration payment if the participant does not wish to proceed with the guided setup experience.

The participant is not required to prove fault by Verolex to request cancellation during the review period. The request must be submitted during the review period and must relate to the guided setup experience.

The assurance applies to the initial guided Setup & Configuration payment only. It does not automatically apply to managed setup, custom configuration, staff-directed administrative work, recurring access charges after the review period, or any separately authorized service.

What Setup Does Not Guarantee

Setup & Configuration does not guarantee operational authorization or approval of any configured pathway.

Setup & Configuration does not guarantee approval of any record, communicator, referral, submission, publication, listing, result, market activity, or institutional use.

Setup & Configuration does not guarantee hiring, placement, referral activity, publication activity, employer response, candidate response, market response, institutional adoption, third-party action, or any professional, business, or institutional outcome.

Participant Information and Setup Completion

Setup may require additional information, review, verification, correction, staff confirmation, or authorization before any configured pathway may be used operationally.

Verolex is not responsible for delay, incompleteness, or inability to complete setup caused by missing, inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete participant information.

If setup requires staff-defined structure, substantial configuration, institutional coordination, multiple stakeholders, expanded administrative review, or work beyond guided setup, Verolex may direct the participant to Managed Setup & Configuration or another applicable support pathway.

Limits and Exclusions

The Setup Review Assurance applies to the guided setup experience only. It does not convert setup into authorization, approval, operational permission, market participation, or a guarantee of any professional, institutional, hiring, referral, publication, or third-party result.

  • It does not apply after the 7-day review period expires.
  • It does not apply to recurring access charges after the review period.
  • It does not apply to managed setup unless Verolex states otherwise in writing.
  • It does not apply to custom configuration, staff-directed administrative work, or separately authorized services.
  • It does not apply to dissatisfaction based on operational outcomes, third-party decisions, market response, hiring results, publication results, referral results, or participant delay.

Setup QA & Satisfaction Review

The Setup QA & Satisfaction Review confirms that the participant has reviewed the assigned setup path, understands the setup requirements, understands what Verolex assures, and understands what Setup & Configuration does not guarantee.

The review must be submitted before the 7-Day Setup Review Assurance begins.

This policy is part of Verolex setup governance and remains subject to applicable Verolex terms, privacy requirements, access rules, verification requirements, and authorization controls.
