Verolex Professional Framework

Professional Architecture

Professional Architecture explains how the components of the Verolex Professional Framework connect, depend upon one another, and preserve continuity from engagement through Authorized Results.

Why the Framework Is Layered

Professional work contains different kinds of decisions. The decision to begin an engagement is not the same as the decision to approve a result. Likewise, a record is not a task, a task is not a workflow, and Verification is not Authorization.

The framework separates these functions so that each may be defined, reviewed, assigned, and governed independently.

The layers remain connected, but they do not collapse into one another.

The Three-Part Architecture

1. Professional Engagement Defines

Professional Engagement establishes the objective, audience, services, scope, and delivery model.

2. Professional Execution Performs

Professional Execution converts those engagement decisions into governed professional work.

3. Authorized Results Communicate

Authorized Results communicate or deliver the approved outcome produced by the governed execution process.

Execution Architecture

Within Professional Execution, each component has a distinct structural role.

  • Professional Services supply capabilities.
  • Professional Records supply authoritative information.
  • Professional Communicators support governed interaction.
  • Professional Tasks define units of work.
  • Professional Workflows coordinate related tasks.
  • Professional Verification evaluates readiness.
  • Professional Authorization determines approval.
  • Authorized Results communicate approved outcomes.

Information Must Remain Connected

The architecture preserves traceability between the original objective and the final result.

A Professional Task should be connected to the applicable Professional Service and Professional Record. A workflow should show how related tasks progressed. Verification should show what was reviewed. Authorization should show what was approved. The Authorized Result should remain connected to that approval.

This continuity makes professional work more reviewable, explainable, and accountable.

Architecture Principles

Constitutional Principles

  • Each component performs a distinct professional function.
  • Engagement decisions govern execution.
  • Execution must remain connected to its governing records.
  • Tasks and workflows must remain within approved scope.
  • Verification must remain separate from Authorization.
  • Authorization must remain connected to the result it approves.
  • Authorized Results must remain traceable to their execution history.
  • The architecture preserves professional accountability.
