Attorney Setup & Configuration
Attorney Setup & Configuration is the first paid operating step after Orientation. It applies the Verolex operating model to your attorney profile, professional objectives, privacy expectations, materials, access level, and service pathway.
Setup does not authorize outreach, disclosure, publication, employer-side release, result presentation, or use of submitted materials beyond the governing setup process. Those actions remain subject to separate verification, consent, and authorization controls.
What Setup Establishes
- Attorney role, seniority, practice focus, and jurisdiction context
- Professional objectives, mobility, search posture, and work preferences
- Privacy, confidentiality, and controlled-disclosure expectations
- Workspace preparation for attorney-level Verolex services
- Material handling preferences for résumés, profiles, files, and related records
- Initial configuration for VCV, File, Verify, Authorization, Result, and eligible VVC use
Purpose of Setup
Setup protects the integrity of the attorney workspace before active Verolex services begin. It helps prevent roleconfusion, record drift, privacy exposure, unsupported output, and premature action by establishing the operating context in which Verolex may support attorney-level work.
Completion Requirements
- Completion of the Attorney Setup & Configuration form
- Confirmation of practice focus, seniority, current or recent practice setting, and location
- Identification of preferences, constraints, and high-priority safeguards
- Optional upload of professional materials for governed review
- Optional request for staff review of submitted materials
- Account-fidelity confirmation if selected or required for protected account activity
Access After Setup
After Setup is submitted and reviewed, attorney-level services may proceed under the applicable Verolex access, TimePass, TokenPass, or service pathway rules. Advanced workspace tools, voice access, file-based review, verification, and result functions may remain inactive until the required configuration steps are complete.
Setup establishes operating context. Verification tests the record. Authorization remains separate.
By continuing, you acknowledge that Attorney Setup & Configuration is used to establish your Verolex operating
context. Information submitted during setup may be retained for service administration, security, continuity, audit,
support, and future eligibility review, subject to applicable Verolex policies.
