Employer Setup & Configuration
Employer Setup & Configuration is the first paid operating step after Orientation. It applies the Verolex operating model to the employer’s hiring context, position records, review standards, privacy expectations, access level, and service pathway.
Setup does not authorize candidate disclosure, outreach, publication, hiring decision, result presentation, or release of employer-side materials. Those actions remain subject to separate verification, consent, and authorization controls.
What Setup Establishes
- Employer identity, hiring role, organization type, and administrative contact
- Position-record structure, practice-area needs, seniority expectations, and location requirements
- Controlled-disclosure rules for candidate review and employer-side materials
- Workspace preparation for employer-level Verolex services
- Initial configuration for QRecruit, position records, interview workflows, verification, and result handling
- Access expectations for VCV, File, Verify, Authorization, Result, and eligible VVC use
Purpose of Setup
Setup protects the integrity of employer-side workflows before active hiring support begins. It helps prevent unclear position records, unsupported candidate comparisons, premature disclosure, and unstructured hiring action by establishing the operating context for governed employer use.
Completion Requirements
- Completion of the Employer Setup & Configuration form
- Confirmation of organization type, hiring authority, and contact responsibility
- Identification of position needs, practice areas, seniority levels, and review priorities
- Confirmation of privacy, confidentiality, and controlled-access expectations
- Optional upload of position materials or hiring documentation for governed review
- Configuration of employer workspace and applicable hiring workflow pathway
Access After Setup
After Setup is submitted and reviewed, employer-level services may proceed under the applicable Verolex access, TimePass, TokenPass, QRecruit, or service pathway rules. Candidate review, controlled access, interview workflows, verification, and result functions may remain inactive until the required configuration steps are complete.
Setup establishes the employer context. Verification tests the record. Authorization controls consequential action.
By continuing, you acknowledge that Employer Setup & Configuration is used to establish the operating context for
employer-side Verolex services. Information submitted during setup may be retained for service administration, security,
continuity, audit, support, and future eligibility review, subject to applicable Verolex policies.
