Association Setup & Configuration
Association Setup & Configuration is the first paid operating step after Orientation. It applies the Verolex operating model to the association’s members, programs, engagement records, privacy expectations, access level, and service pathway.
Setup does not authorize member disclosure, publication, outreach, sponsorship use, result presentation, or release of association-side materials. Those actions remain subject to separate verification, consent, and authorization controls.
What Setup Establishes
- Association identity, administrative contact, and authorized use context
- Member, program, event, engagement, or professional-development pathway
- Privacy and consent expectations for member, speaker, sponsor, and association records
- Workspace preparation for association-level Verolex services
- Record structure for programs, events, materials, participation, and outcomes reporting
- Initial configuration for VCV, File, Verify, Authorization, Result, and eligible VVC use
Purpose of Setup
Setup protects the integrity of the association workspace before active Verolex services begin. It helps ensure that member-facing, program-facing, and publication-adjacent uses are structured with appropriate record boundaries, consent controls, and authorization requirements.
Completion Requirements
- Completion of the Association Setup & Configuration form
- Confirmation of association contact, program objective, and participant group
- Identification of member, event, publication, sponsorship, or professional-development use case
- Confirmation of privacy, consent, access, and association-record expectations
- Optional upload of program materials, engagement records, event materials, or policies for governed review
- Configuration of the applicable association workspace and service pathway
Access After Setup
After Setup is submitted and reviewed, association-level services may proceed under the applicable Verolex access, TimePass, TokenPass, engagement, or service pathway rules. Member-facing, program, file-based, verification, and result functions may remain inactive until the required configuration steps are complete.
Setup establishes association context. Verification tests the record. Authorization remains separate.
By continuing, you acknowledge that Association Setup & Configuration is used to establish the operating context for
association-level Verolex services. Information submitted during setup may be retained for service administration,
security, continuity, audit, support, and future eligibility review, subject to applicable Verolex policies.
