Law School Setup & Configuration
Law School Setup & Configuration is the first paid operating step after Orientation. It applies the Verolex operating model to the institution’s students, alumni, career services objectives, privacy expectations, access level, and service pathway.
Setup does not authorize student or alumni disclosure, institutional publication, employer outreach, result presentation, or release of school-side materials. Those actions remain subject to separate verification, consent, and authorization controls.
What Setup Establishes
- Institutional role, administrative contact, and authorized use context
- Student, alumni, career services, or professional development pathway
- Privacy and consent expectations for student, alumni, and institutional records
- Workspace preparation for law school-level Verolex services
- Program structure for orientation, career readiness, résumé support, interviews, or employer engagement
- Initial configuration for VCV, File, Verify, Authorization, Result, and eligible VVC use
Purpose of Setup
Setup protects the integrity of the institutional workspace before active Verolex services begin. It helps ensure that student, alumni, employer, and institutional uses are structured with appropriate role limits, record boundaries, privacy controls, and authorization requirements.
Completion Requirements
- Completion of the Law School Setup & Configuration form
- Confirmation of institutional contact, program objective, and participant group
- Identification of student, alumni, career services, employer, or professional development use case
- Confirmation of privacy, consent, access, and institutional-record expectations
- Optional upload of program materials, policies, or career services documentation for governed review
- Configuration of the applicable law school workspace and service pathway
Access After Setup
After Setup is submitted and reviewed, law school-level services may proceed under the applicable Verolex access, TimePass, TokenPass, institutional, or service pathway rules. Student, alumni, résumé, interview, employer-engagement, verification, and result functions may remain inactive until the required configuration steps are complete.
Setup establishes institutional context. Verification tests the record. Authorization remains separate.
By continuing, you acknowledge that Law School Setup & Configuration is used to establish the operating context for
institutional Verolex services. Information submitted during setup may be retained for service administration, security,
continuity, audit, support, and future eligibility review, subject to applicable Verolex policies.
