Intake
Stage I — baseline intake materials for structured review
Intake starts here. Your upload is used to produce clean, structured outputs (summary + confirmation questions + next-step notes)
that you can approve before anything more detailed is generated. Submissions remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them.
What to upload
- Resume (recommended starting point)
- Cover letter (optional, but helpful if you have one)
Practical rule: upload the version you would hand to a trusted reviewer — clear structure beats volume.
Privacy + continuity
By default, this exchange is session-only. Persistent memory is used only when you explicitly opt in.
If session-only is selected, Verolex will re-confirm key facts before producing deeper outputs.
Upload Center
Upload your resume (and cover letter if you’re including one). After you upload, the assistant will:
(1) confirm what you uploaded, (2) produce a structured summary, and (3) ask brief clarification questions where needed.
How to use this interface
-
Attach a file: use the paper clip (bottom-left).
-
Consent gate: if a bar appears (e.g., I Accept), click it once to enable processing in this session.
-
After upload: send a short note like “summarize + flag missing items.”
Verolex may ask one or two confirmation questions to prevent mistakes.
-
Session vs memory: session-only is the default; persistent memory is used only if you explicitly opt in.
Status / events line: you may see a small “events” or status indicator while tools run.
It’s safe to ignore; it exists for governance and troubleshooting.
