Verolex™ Employer System

QRecruit

QRecruit is the Verolex recruiting pathway for employers, hiring authorities, and authorized representatives who need to define recruiting needs, structure position records, evaluate candidate relevance, and manage progression toward hiring action.

QRecruit serves employers who treat hiring as part of practice development and business execution. A firm may recruit because of revenue objectives, client demand, specialization, succession, market opportunity, practice expansion, continuity needs, or a developing talent and referral pool.

The service helps convert employer judgment into a governed recruiting pathway: profile context, position criteria, evaluation posture, controlled access, and authorized next steps.

Controlled Recruiting Pathway

What QRecruit Does

QRecruit helps an employer define why recruiting may be needed, connect that need to practice and business context, structure a Position Record, determine what may be disclosed, and manage candidate-facing or recruiter-facing progression.

Alignment may support evaluation, but QRecruit is broader than alignment. LexAlign is the alignment intelligence layer. QRecruit is the recruiting service and controlled-access pathway.

Use the QRecruit interface below to provide structured input, voice-guided input where available, file-based review, verification, or result production according to the active configuration on this page.

Voice (VVC) requires TimePass.

How to Use QRecruit

Step 1 — Define Objective

Identify the business reason for recruiting, including practice growth, revenue objectives, client demand, specialization, succession, market opportunity, or continuity needs.

Step 2 — Structure Position

Convert the hiring need into a structured position record that reflects the firm’s objectives, requirements, constraints, and preferred recruiting posture.

Step 3 — Activate Search

Determine how the position should be worked, including independent use, structured assistance, confidential outreach, or authorized recruiting support.

Step 4 — Evaluate

Review candidate information, position requirements, and submitted materials against defined criteria to determine relevance, fit, gaps, and readiness for further consideration.

Step 5 — Advance

Move candidates or opportunities forward when they satisfy defined criteria and are ready for additional review, interview access, document review, or controlled communication.

Step 6 — Manage Pipeline

Maintain positions and candidate activity within a controlled pipeline so the employer can continue intake, comparison, refinement, and review as objectives evolve.

Step 7 — Select

Select which candidates, positions, or recruiting paths warrant continued action based on structured evaluation and business judgment.

Step 8 — Execute

Proceed with the chosen path, including continued independent action, structured assistance, authorized recruiting engagement, interview coordination, or hiring-related execution.

Controlled Use

QRecruit supports structured recruiting activity. Verolex may assist with organization, review, verification, and progression, but hiring authority remains with the employer or authorized representative.

Structured evaluation does not by itself authorize disclosure, contact, document release, or final hiring action. Those steps require the appropriate authorization within the Verolex process.
