Alignment Snapshots
Visual summaries showing how candidate or employer inputs align across key dimensions. Each snapshot converts complex data into color-coded clarity.
What a snapshot shows
- Fit across key criteria: workstreams, jurisdictions, portability, timing, comp window, constraints, evidence, cultural fit.
- Badge status for each criterion with a running flags count (Partial or Misaligned = 1 flag).
- Last update tag and links to supporting materials (uploads stay in your account).
- One-click legend so anyone can interpret the colors in seconds.
Example Snapshot
Flags: 4 Last update: today
Workstreams ............ Aligned
Jurisdictions ........... Partial
Portability ............. Aligned
Timing .................. Partial
Comp window ............. Aligned
Constraints ............. Misaligned
Evidence set ............ Aligned
Cultural fit ............ Partial
Guidance:
Partial → add context (ramp plan, mentorship, excerpts).
Misaligned → consider alternate archetype or geography.
Legend & thresholds
- Aligned (🟢): Meets target criteria — proceed to shortlist and outreach.
- Partial (🟡): Gaps exist — define ramp, mentorship, or alternative scope.
- Misaligned (🔴): Blocking conflicts — pivot role archetype or target list.
Rule of thumb: five or more flags (Partial or Misaligned) → schedule a review to recalibrate the search.
How to produce a snapshot
- Open the Workspace and select the correct tab (Employer / Lateral / Recruiter).
- Use the Role Map Builder (for employers) or upload résumé + addendum (for laterals).
- Tag materials with scope labels like
work_model, eligibility, compensation, screening_flow.
- Run the alignment pass; review flags; add context or adjust constraints as needed.
