no typing or forms required. Just tap the microphone, speak naturally, and we’ll structure your information into a professional Job Intake Record ready for review.
How It Works:
Tap the VVC - Voice button below and then click the mic (only) icon in the top-right corner.
Allow Mic access and begin speaking — for best accuracy, speak in complete sentences.
Include details such as title, practice area, experience level, location, and work model.
The assistant will confirm each section out loud and summarize before moving on.
When done, you’ll receive a clean, formatted Intake Summary Preview for confirmation.
If you mention a file upload, you’ll be redirected to the Structured (VCV) intake version.
You can pause, correct, or skip any section. Once confirmed, your completed intake record feeds directly into AIRecruiter™ and TalentScout™ for candidate matching and distribution.
Tip: Speak as if briefing your recruiter — the more natural your phrasing, the smarter the alignment.
