Guided Verolex · Employers and employer representatives

What would help your organization make a better hiring decision?

Begin with a hiring need, a practice-development objective, or a hypothetical business situation. You do not need a finished job description or an identified candidate to begin exploring the objective.

Created by an experienced legal recruiter and enhanced by AI, Verolex provides tools for attorney employment and related career and business objectives.

A situation worth exploring

Suppose a team believes it needs another senior attorney. The underlying need might be additional capacity, specialist knowledge, succession planning, or a different allocation of responsibility. What would you need to understand before deciding that another hire is the right response?

Clarify the business objective first

Use the employer intake to describe your role, the organization or team you represent, the result you want to achieve, and what remains uncertain. Distinguish established requirements from preferences and assumptions. A law firm, corporate legal department, or another legal-service employer may have different priorities.

Keep preliminary examples general. Do not include identifiable candidates, employee records, confidential client information, or private employment terms unless the relevant workflow expressly permits that information.

Guided by professional judgment. Directed by you.

Guided Verolex is the default self-service pathway for eligible participants, within the applicable service scope, access and usage requirements. Your audience or organizational status does not, by itself, require Managed Verolex.

Staff participation and customized professional work are separately scoped when needed and agreed. Completing an intake does not automatically arrange staff review.

Start here: Begin with one business need or unresolved hiring question. Follow the intake confirmation to its next step; preparing an intake does not itself begin a recruitment assignment.

Submitting this intake does not authorize candidate contact, screening, disclosure, job publication, representation, or a hiring decision. Staff participation is not booked by submission.
