Verolex™ Guided Services

Guided Verolex Governance

Governance defines the boundaries of Guided Verolex, where Verolex provides structured guidance while the participant remains responsible for completing the applicable work.

Purpose

Guided Verolex governance protects participants, Verolex personnel, source materials, privacy expectations, and workflow integrity by separating guidance from managed execution, operational authority, and final decision-making.

Guided Verolex may help a participant understand a pathway, prepare materials, use Communicators, and organize next steps. It does not convert guidance into authorization or transfer responsibility for required work to Verolex.

Governance Framework

  • Guided Verolex provides guidance, not managed execution.
  • The participant remains responsible for completing required work.
  • Guidance does not authorize publication, routing, outreach, disclosure, reliance, or operational use.
  • Verification and authorization remain separate from preparation and explanation.
  • Source materials, privacy limits, visibility limits, and permitted-use boundaries remain in effect.
  • Matters requiring Verolex to perform work may need Managed Verolex review.
  • Operational activity remains subject to the applicable Verolex authorization pathway.
