Interview Builder is the structure and assembly layer of the Verolex Interview System. It converts intake, selected model type, source material, and Dynamic Interview Model Script logic into a structured Interview Record for later execution, review, authorization, and result use.
The Builder defines interview stages, question categories, operating tone, pressure level, follow-up rules, timing, evaluation focus, source constraints, and review expectations before the interview is conducted or used in the Interview Execution workflow.
Interview Builder assembles the interview structure. It does not conduct the interview, review performance, verify facts, authorize use, or produce final results.
Purpose
This stage converts the Target Interview Structure Intake, Dynamic Interview Model Script, participant objective, source material, professional context, and selected interview style into a structured execution path.
Builder work preserves separation between model construction, interview operation, review, improvement, permission, and authorized result production.
Structured Assembly
Interview Builder is not the interview itself. It prepares the structure that may later be used through Interview Execution. This keeps structure, execution, review, advice, authorization, and result production separate.
Interview StagesDefines the order of opening questions, core topics, follow-up areas, pressure segments, verification-sensitive issues, and closing questions.
Question CategoriesOrganizes topics such as experience, practice area, judgment, leadership, client service, business development, and operating alignment.
Tone and PressureApplies the selected interview tone and pressure level without changing the governance boundary or result authority.
Follow-Up RulesDefines when the interview path should probe, clarify, challenge, slow down, preserve ambiguity, or move forward.
Evaluation FocusIdentifies the signals the later review layer should examine, without performing review or producing an authorized result.
Handoff to ExecutionPrepares the structured Interview Record for Interview Execution across Text, Voice, File, Verify, Authorization, and Result layers.
Builder Inputs
Target Interview Structure Intake — the collected purpose, role, context, scope, constraints, and target interview structure.
Dynamic Interview Model Script — the governed interview blueprint produced from intake and target-context material.
Interview objective — preparation, screening, callback, practice-area review, business development, client-facing readiness, internal review, or custom purpose.
Interview model — associate, partner/counsel, employer-calibrated, law school, association, governance, leadership, practice-area, adversarial, or custom model.
Tone and pressure settings — neutral, supportive, formal, partner-style, client-facing, adversarial, concise, technical, business-focused, or conversational.
Source material — résumé, Position Record, Position Listing, notes, model script, representative matters, interview intelligence, or other approved materials.
Constraints and exclusions — confidentiality, timing, excluded topics, source limits, client names, compensation details, target-employer uncertainty, role limits, or participant-defined boundaries.
Builder activity remains under participant or authorized employer control. The Builder may assemble interview structure, but it may not conduct the interview, review performance, provide final coaching, authorize use, create final results, route materials, disclose materials, or represent an employer’s actual process without verified and approved support.
Any later use of the assembled structure for external disclosure, employer review, candidate review, recruiter activity, publication, market-facing communication, routing, saving, or result production must proceed through Interview Authorization.
Use the Interview Builder workspace to assemble the interview structure before moving into Interview Execution or Review.
Next Step
Once the interview structure is assembled, proceed to Interview Execution to operate the approved model, question categories, tone, pressure level, and follow-up rules.
