Repeatable interview program support for Career Services: calibrated rubrics, question maps, drills, and consistent debriefs across advisors and cohorts.
Define the program purpose, interview types, pathways, and materials you are authorized to use. Keep individual records and cohort materials within their permitted scope, visibility, and recipients.
Program Structure
Calibration: define what “ready” means by interview type and pathway.
Evidence: connect claims to observable examples and identify what needs verification.
Repeatability: use the same rubric and debrief headings across advisors and cohorts to help reduce drift.
Role-related structure: use relevant interview criteria; do not screen, rank, or exclude people based on protected characteristics.
What You Can Prepare
Rubric pack (variants by interview type/pathway)
Question bank + follow-ups mapped to competencies
Drill plan (2-week / 4-week / 8-week)
Debrief template (consistent headings to help reduce drift)
Readiness markers checklist (what to fix next)
Choose the requested document or set and confirm its included contents, scope, permitted use, and TokenPass charge before production. Routine preparation and workflow checks do not create separate document purchases.
Readiness markers guide preparation and further practice; they do not certify competence or determine an employer’s selection decision.
Optional Interview Coordination — Approval Only
Where separately enabled and authorized, this process can support arranging interviews for graduates after screening within the agreed role criteria and employer review. Verolex prepares drafts and supporting materials. Authorized people conduct outreach and scheduling after the required approvals.
Consent gate: the graduate authorizes the information that may be shared, its recipients and purpose, and what must be excluded.
Employer review: the employer reviews a brief limited to authorized information and approves whether to proceed.
Mutual consent: the graduate approves the specific employer and opportunity before identity disclosure where staged disclosure applies.
Execution: authorized staff or the employer conduct outreach and scheduling; Verolex supports preparation of scripts, packets, and checklists.
Blocks: where candidate and employer blocklists are enabled, apply them before disclosure, outreach, or scheduling.
Confirm the authorized action, recipients, exclusions, and any separately quoted staff scope before proceeding. These approvals apply to optional coordination; routine self-service preparation does not require staff approval. Producing or paying for a document does not authorize outreach, scheduling, or disclosure.
Interview service and usage
Interview models are available to registered participants. Text supports preparation, structure, clarification, and review. The interview or simulation is conducted by voice.
Voice use: Voice Credits fund the session. TimePass measures authorized active voice use. The voice charge supports live audio streaming, AI processing, and service operation.
Documents: Requested reports, scorecards, plans, transcripts, and other interview documents are produced through TokenPass after you confirm the contents, permitted use, and applicable charge.
Staff services: Verolex staff participation, staff review, and custom configuration are separately scoped and quoted. Routine self-service use remains under your control and does not require staff approval.
Before producing a document
Choose the document or document set, its source material, and its intended use. Confirm the included contents and TokenPass charge before production. A selected set includes its listed components; supporting sections are not charged again as separate products.
Accessing an existing saved document does not begin a new production charge. New analysis, annotation, or substantive revision is a new production request when you choose it and confirm its charge. If a transcript has already been produced within a paid session, retrieving that existing transcript does not duplicate the charge.
Document creation and payment do not authorize disclosure. You control permitted sources, recipients, exclusions, and sharing through the existing authorization workflow. Workflow checks do not create separate document purchases.
Coach Workspace
Voice (VVC) conducts the interview or simulation. Text (VCV) supports preparation, structure, clarification, and review. Upload Engine supports work with source materials you are authorized to use.
Voice is selected by default and uses the TimePass gate. Voice Credits fund the session; TimePass measures authorized active voice use. End an active voice session using its own controls before switching modes; changing the visible panel does not end the session.
After each practice interview, review the responses and agreed readiness markers. Across advisors and cohorts, check that rubrics and debrief headings are applied consistently and that individual context is preserved. Use Interview Advisor to refine the next drill or program materials. Verify checks source support, consistency, completeness, and readiness; it does not independently confirm underlying claims or authorize a result.
Before a final result is produced, Authorization defines its type, scope, sources, permitted use, visibility, recipients, exclusions, and action. Payment does not authorize disclosure, outreach, or scheduling. Optional interview coordination remains subject to the graduate’s and employer’s specific approvals.
