Managed Employer Verolex

Deployment

A managed deployment pathway for preparing approved employer communication assets for controlled release, routing, access, and operational use.

Purpose

Managed Employer Verolex Deployment confirms how an approved employer asset will be released, accessed, routed, and governed after setup, verification, and authorization have been completed.

Deployment is not general activation. It is a controlled managed step that confirms what may go live, which audiences may access it, which Communicators are available, and what operational boundaries remain in place.

What Deployment May Include

  • Approved public-facing page deployment
  • People, Team, Text, Voice, File, Verify, Authorization, and Result Communicator routing
  • Access-pathway and audience mapping
  • VoicePass or voice-supported deployment confirmation
  • Profile Record, Position Record, Position Listing, LexAlign, or referral-pool deployment status
  • Governance notice, privacy, verification, and authorization placement
  • Internal review and managed release sequencing
  • Post-deployment monitoring, revision, or managed support planning

Begin Deployment Review

Use the Deployment VCV to review release scope, access routing, Communicator availability, approved pages, and managed deployment requirements.

Governance Notice

Deployment does not expand authorization. A deployed Managed Employer Verolex asset may explain, route, receive permitted intake, and present approved outputs only within the authorized scope. Recruiting activity, publication, candidate contact, screening, referral handling, document review, evaluation, interviews, offers, or hiring decisions require the applicable authorized Managed Employer Verolex pathway.
