Managed Employer Verolex

Maintenance

An ongoing managed-service pathway for keeping an employer’s Verolex asset current, governed, functional, and aligned with approved employer records.

Purpose

Managed Employer Verolex Maintenance supports the continuing management of an approved employer asset after setup and deployment. Maintenance may include periodic review, approved updates, Communicator refreshes, routing checks, record updates, VoicePass review, governance review, and lifecycle management.

Maintenance does not expand operational authority. Any change that affects publication, candidate contact, screening, document review, LexAlign use, referral handling, evaluation, interviews, offers, or hiring decisions requires the applicable verification and authorization process.

What Maintenance May Include

  • Periodic review of deployed employer pages and routing
  • People, Team, Text, Voice, File, Verify, Authorization, and Result Communicator updates
  • Profile Record, Position Record, Position Listing, LexAlign, or referral-pool lifecycle updates
  • VoicePass, audio, or voice-supported experience review
  • Link, access, pathway, and deployment-status checks
  • Governance notice, privacy, verification, and authorization review
  • Version updates, content refreshes, and approved corrections
  • Ongoing managed-service planning and employer review

Begin Maintenance Review

Use the Maintenance VCV to review the employer asset, identify ongoing maintenance needs, confirm affected pages or Communicators, and determine whether the requested update requires verification or authorization.

Governance Notice

Maintenance does not expand authorization or approve new operational activity. Maintenance may support updates, corrections, refreshes, and lifecycle review, but requests involving recruiting, publication, candidate contact, screening, referral handling, document review, evaluation, LexAlign use, interviews, offers, or hiring decisions require the applicable Managed Employer Verolex verification, authorization, and managed execution process.
