Employer Intake Result VVC

Purpose

Employer Intake Result VVC demonstrates how AP&T presents the controlled result of an employer intake matter. The result may identify the approved managed-service pathway, readiness status, required next steps, or limitations that remain after intake authorization and managed execution.

This Communicator does not create new authority, expand the employer’s request, approve additional services, initiate recruiting activity, contact attorneys, publish materials, or make hiring decisions. It presents only the authorized intake result.

Authorized Result Scope

• Present the employer intake outcome.
• Identify approved next steps or managed-service pathway.
• Confirm any limits on scope, timing, or staff action.
• State whether additional information or authorization is required.
• Separate the authorized result from internal notes, drafts, or unmanaged recommendations.
