Verolex™ Preparation

Attorney Preparation

Demonstrations, examples, records, Communicators, and workflows designed to help attorneys understand how Verolex operates before Setup & Configuration begins.

Purpose

Attorney Preparation follows Attorney Orientation and precedes Setup & Configuration.

Orientation explained Verolex.

Preparation demonstrates Verolex.

The objective is to help attorneys understand how records, Communicators, applications, workflows, and professional services operate before participation requirements are established.

Preparation exists so attorneys can make informed decisions before investing significant time, money, effort, or information.

Preparation is not authorization. Demonstrations do not distribute information, create opportunities, authorize market exposure, authorize employer contact, authorize recruiter contact, or create representation.

Professional Records

Attorneys generate substantial professional information throughout their careers.

  • Attorney Profile
  • Résumé Record
  • Marketplace Résumé
  • Career Objectives
  • Professional Preferences
  • Opportunity Preferences
  • Professional History
  • Practice Area and Practice Environment
  • Representative Matters or Deal Sheet where applicable
  • Authorization and Disclosure Limits

Preparation is not authorization.

Demonstrations do not distribute information, create opportunities, approve participation, or authorize market activity.

Preparation includes examples of the records, briefings, and outputs used throughout Verolex.

  • Distribution Target Briefs

Communicators

Verolex Communicators provide structured guidance, review, explanation, and professional support.

Demonstrations may include text, voice, file review, verification, authorization, and result-oriented interactions.

VCV is the default text-based Communicator. VVC voice interaction requires the applicable TimePass or voice authorization.

Communicators assist.

Attorneys retain authority.

Desktop & Mobile Applications

Preparation includes demonstrations of the Verolex Desktop Application and Mobile Application.

Attorneys should understand how records, workspaces, Communicators, and services function across devices before Setup & Configuration begins.

The device may change.

Governance does not.

What Setup & Configuration Establishes

Setup & Configuration is the first operational phase of participation.

During Setup, Verolex establishes participant context necessary to support services, recommendations, records, workflows, and future participation.

Depending on services selected, Setup may establish objectives, preferences, classifications, participation requirements, and workspace configuration.

Setup does not authorize market exposure, employer contact, recruiter contact, résumé distribution, publication, referral activity, or representation.

The quality of outcomes depends on the quality of context available to support decision-making.

What Happens Next

After Preparation, attorneys may proceed to Setup & Configuration.

Preparation demonstrates the system.

Setup personalizes the system.

Workspace participation follows Setup.

Authorized services follow participation.
