Demonstrations, examples, records, Communicators, and workflows designed to help employers understand how Verolex supports hiring, evaluation, alignment, recruitment planning, and governed employer participation before Setup & Configuration begins.
Employer Preparation follows Employer Orientation and precedes Setup & Configuration.
Orientation explained Verolex.
Preparation demonstrates Verolex.
The objective is to help employers understand how Profile Records, Position Records, interview systems, alignment workflows, Communicators, VoicePass, QRecruit, and employer services operate before participation requirements are established.
Preparation exists so employers can make informed decisions before investing significant time, money, effort, or organizational information.
Preparation is not authorization. Demonstrations do not initiate recruiting activity, contact candidates, evaluate live candidates, publish listings, authorize outreach, or create hiring decisions.
Demonstrations show how employers may use Verolex to support recruiting, hiring, evaluation, alignment, interview planning, talent-pool development, and workforce planning.
Effective hiring depends on structured information.
Verolex demonstrates how employer objectives, practice-growth criteria, position requirements, hiring priorities, evaluation criteria, interview structures, alignment data, and decision records may be organized into governed records.
Preparation is not authorization.
Demonstrations do not initiate recruiting activity, contact candidates, screen live candidates, publish employer information, or authorize participation in hiring workflows.
Preparation includes examples of the records, briefings, evaluations, and outputs used throughout Verolex.
Examples help employers understand how hiring information may be structured before live participation begins.
Verolex Communicators provide structured guidance, review, explanation, evaluation support, and workflow assistance.
Demonstrations may include text, voice, file review, verification, authorization, and result-oriented interactions.
VCV is the default text-based Communicator. VVC voice interaction requires the applicable TimePass or voice authorization.
Communicators assist.
Employers retain authority.
Preparation includes demonstrations of the Verolex Desktop Application and Mobile Application.
Employers should understand how records, workspaces, Communicators, VoicePass, and hiring services function across devices before Setup & Configuration begins.
The device may change.
Governance does not.
Employer Preparation may include VoicePass and Managed Employer Verolex demonstrations that show how approved employer content, career materials, practice pages, position information, candidate questions, and recruiting context may be explained within governed boundaries.
VoicePass does not make hiring decisions, screen candidates, reject candidates, advance candidates, contact third parties, or replace employer review.
Managed Employer Verolex may require separate scope review, source approval, privacy review, candidate notice language, technical feasibility review, and deployment authorization.
Setup & Configuration is the first operational phase of participation.
During Setup, Verolex establishes organizational context necessary to support hiring workflows, recommendations, records, evaluations, Communicators, and future participation.
Depending on services selected, Setup may establish organizational objectives, hiring preferences, classifications, evaluation priorities, participation requirements, and workspace configuration.
Setup does not authorize live recruiting, candidate outreach, candidate screening, hiring decisions, publication, cross-site deployment, or operational use beyond the approved scope.
Structured hiring requires structured context.
After Preparation, employers may proceed to Employer Setup & Configuration.
Preparation demonstrates the system.
Setup personalizes the system.
Workspace participation follows Setup.
Authorized hiring services follow participation.
By completing Employer Preparation, participants should understand:
Structured Context. Better Decisions.
