Verolex Pricing Anchors & Model

A transparent framework for budgeting Attorney Recruitment & Placement. We price well below traditional search economics while aligning to outcomes.

Recruiter economics (context)

  • Traditional search fees often run ~20–35% of first-year compensation.
  • Retained engagements are commonly billed in thirds across the project.
  • Senior recruiter compensation in major markets is typically six figures.

We use these norms only as anchors. Verolex replaces large portions of manual effort with structured AI + recruiter guidance.

Verolex model (simple & predictable)

1) Pilot — AIR Level One (30-day pass/fail)

Flat pilot for one role band. Passing the pilot unlocks a 1-year 30% discount (or standard month-to-month).

  • Retrieval-only assistant (citations from employer-approved materials).
  • Scored pass/fail, with a clear success checklist and exit report.

2) Subscription — by employer size

Firm size (attorneys) Typical scope Anchor range (monthly)
≤ 25 One workspace, 1–2 roles, dashboards, recruiter guidance $750–$1,500
26–150 Multi-role workflows, added intake & reporting $1,500–$4,000
151+ Scaled intake, integrations, custom guardrails $4,000–$10,000

Final pricing follows scope (roles, markets, integrations). Annual commits apply the 30% pilot-pass discount.

3) Outcome kicker (optional)

Add a success component of 3–8% of first-year comp on closed lateral hires when Verolex is materially involved. This stays far below traditional search fees and shares upside.

Included with subscription
