Complete the intake so the workspace can produce clean, reviewable drafts from your inputs.

Publication Materials Upload

Please upload your publication materials for review and archival in your private VeroVault™ workspace.
All files remain under retrieval-only access. Do not include any data that is confidential, privileged,
or restricted by third-party rights without permission.

  • Draft manuscript: Upload your main article draft (DOCX, PDF, RTF, TXT).
  • Source pack (citations / notes): Include annotated sources, citation tables, or research notes (PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX).
  • Figures / exhibits: Charts, tables, photos, or visuals that accompany the manuscript (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF).
  • Pull quotes / highlights: Optional extracts, statistics, or approved sidebar copy for editorial packaging.
  • Permissions / release forms: Contributor, author, or image-use releases (PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG).
  • Media assets / cover art: Artwork or graphics for feature or cover design (JPG, PNG, TIFF, SVG, PDF).

All materials are reviewed under the VCV–Publication and VSS governance protocols.
Optional analytics or reuse requires a separate written agreement.

Publication Consent & Authorization

I am authorized to submit materials on behalf of {field_id="10"} for the working title {field_id="19"} (editor/contact: {field_id="21"}). I consent to secure storage in our private VeroVault™ namespace and to retrieval-only analysis by Verolex Communicators (VCV–Publication, coordinated by VVC) for editorial planning, briefing, and fact-checking on this assignment.

No distribution lists, source identities, images, recordings, or draft copy will be shared outside our newsroom without explicit permission. Any rights, embargoes, or source conditions attached to the materials remain in force. Optional benchmarking, model training, or reuse beyond this assignment requires a separate written agreement.
