• Role-specific weightings to distinguish partner, associate, and staff expectations.
• Indicators of consistency between declared values and demonstrated conduct.
• Guidance for onboarding, mentorship, and promotion discussions.

How to create or refine

1. List 5–7 principles that define your culture.
2. Attach short examples showing the principle in action.
3. Upload the list as Values_Map.pdf or .docx to your Workspace.
4. Use the Employer Workspace or Recruiter Workspace to tag it with values_map.

The Values Map becomes a living benchmark for LexAlign analysis, visible only to authorized users.
