Verolex™ Engagement Passes

VoicePass Revision

Request substantive changes to an existing VoicePass implementation, including communication objectives, approved source materials, governance boundaries, or implementation scope.

Purpose

VoicePass Revision supports significant changes to an existing VoicePass implementation when the communication purpose, approved content, artifact scope, audience, or governance requirements have materially changed.

Revision differs from maintenance. Maintenance preserves an implementation. Revision changes the implementation and may require additional review before approval.

Revision May Include

  • Changing communication objectives
  • Replacing or expanding approved source materials
  • Changing the intended audience
  • Revising artifact scope
  • Changing VVC communication behavior
  • Updating governance boundaries
  • Expanding or reducing implementation scope
  • Preparing a revised implementation for review

VoicePass Revision VCV

Use the VoicePass Revision VCV to identify the changes being requested, determine whether revision is appropriate, and understand the review required before implementation changes may occur.

Governance Notice

Revision requests are subject to Verolex review. A revision request does not approve implementation changes, authorize publication, authorize deployment, authorize routing, authorize outreach, authorize disclosure, authorize reliance, authorize referral activity, authorize résumé use, authorize listing use, authorize result use, authorize hiring action, or authorize operational execution. Approved revisions may require additional implementation, testing, governance review, or deployment procedures.
