Privacy & Consent Policy

Verolex™ safeguards user information with respect, transparency, and professional integrity. This policy explains how your data is collected, stored, and used within the Verolex ecosystem, including AI interactions, workspace uploads, and memory functions.

Purpose of Data Collection

Verolex collects limited user data to support authentication, recruitment services, AI personalization, and membership management. Information is gathered only for legitimate business and service functions, never for resale or third-party marketing.

Scope of Information

  • Registration & Verification: name, contact, license or institutional credentials, uploaded résumé or ID.
  • Membership & Billing: membership level, payment status, renewal period, and invoicing details (processed securely through third-party gateways).
  • AI Interaction: session transcripts, feedback ratings, and stored preferences (only when persistent memory is enabled).
  • Uploads: résumés, job descriptions, or other professional materials voluntarily submitted by the user.

How Information Is Used

  • To verify eligibility for access and ensure a professional user base.
  • To deliver tailored AI support, memory-based features, and alignment reports.
  • To maintain compliance with professional, privacy, and data-protection laws.
  • To communicate important updates regarding membership, policies, or services.

Data Storage & Security

All data resides on secure, encrypted servers managed under strict access control. Uploaded files are stored in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards. Verolex never shares personal or professional materials without explicit consent. Access logs, memory records, and upload metadata are retained only for operational or legal necessity.

Consent Management

You control how your information is remembered and used. Consent is requested explicitly whenever Verolex memory or AI personalization features are activated. You may view, pause, or delete your data at any time through the Workspace Dashboard.

  • Remember: stores content for cross-session use.
  • Pause: temporarily disables AI access to your stored data.
  • Forget: detaches data from AI systems while retaining the file.
  • Delete: permanently removes all copies from storage.

Your Rights

  • Access your stored data and memory history.
  • Request correction or removal of inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw consent for data retention or AI personalization at any time.
  • Request export of your data for portability or audit purposes.

Third-Party Processors

Verolex partners only with compliant vendors for hosting, payment, and analytics. These vendors act strictly as processors, not owners, of user information and are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as regulations evolve or services expand. All substantive changes will be announced via the website and verified email.
