This guide introduces the six Verolex Communicators and explains how they work together inside your Workspace. Whether you’re a lawyer, recruiter, or institutional partner, these tools keep your information aligned, your uploads secure, and your interactions structured.

How to Use Your Workspace

Learn how to navigate the Workspace, use your Voice and Visual Communicators, and manage uploads and memory within your account.

1. Overview

The Workspace is your private Verolex environment — where Virtual Communicators (VCs) collaborate to support your legal career or recruiting goals. Each VC operates under structured reasoning rules, not generic conversation. Their task is to organize your information, extract relevant facts, and guide you to actionable outcomes. There are two modes of interaction:
  • VVC (Virtual Voice Communicator): Your audio-enabled guide for summaries, orientation, and cross-VC coordination.
  • VCV (Virtual Communicator Vectors): Five focused recruiters, each aligned with a professional role or organization type.

2. The Six Virtual Communicators

VVC – Vero Voice

Voice-based coordination. VVC narrates session updates, provides guided introductions, and links to the five VCVs for enhanced responses.

VCV – Lateral

Designed for individual lawyers pursuing new roles. Helps structure your résumé, narrative, and goals for alignment.

VCV – Employer

For hiring entities. Drafts and refines role briefs, alignment charts, and candidate evaluation material.

VCV – Association

Facilitates member engagement, event planning, and institutional partnerships across legal organizations.

VCV – Publication

Handles editorial outreach, contributor relations, and recruitment-related story placement.

VCV – Law School

Supports career services, alumni tracking, and student placement demos for accredited law schools.

3. Uploads and Memory

Upload to Account stores persistent documents securely in your member dashboard. Once uploaded, these materials are available for recruiter review and can be referenced by your VCVs during structured tasks.
  • Only text-based documents are supported (PDF/DOCX/TXT/MD).
  • Scanned or image-only PDFs are not readable — convert them with OCR before uploading.
  • Uploads remain private; nothing is shared without your explicit request.
  • Deletion and replacement are available from your dashboard.
Temporary uploads within an in-session interaction are deleted automatically when the session ends. Persistent uploads remain accessible until you delete them.

4. Workflow Example

A typical session begins in VVC (Voice) where you set goals or receive a briefing. From there, you can move into a specialized VCV — for example, the Employer VCV — to upload a role brief or review an alignment chart. The system maintains context throughout the Workspace so that all Virtual Communicators understand your current objective.

5. Privacy and Control

Verolex operates under the principle of private AI interaction — all reasoning remains within your account scope. Each VC follows identical compliance rules: no sharing, no external training, and no access beyond your Workspace.
