Verolex™ Interview Services

Interview Result

Interview Result is the controlled output layer of the Verolex Interview System. It produces only the interview result authorized by the Interview Authorization layer.

The Result layer may use only approved interview source material, within the approved interview scope, result type, permitted use, visibility, recipient limits, exclusions, and permitted action.

Result is authorized output only. It is not a new intake, interview, review, advisory, verification, authorization, routing, or disclosure layer.

Purpose

The purpose of the Result layer is to produce a defined interview output after interview review, advisory work if used, and authorization have been completed. It must not expand the record, change the authorized use, add new recipients, rely on excluded material, or convert private preparation into external disclosure.

Interview Review → Interview Advisor → Interview Authorization → Interview Result

Result production is the final controlled step in the Interview workflow. If the authorization record is incomplete, unclear, or exceeded by the requested output, the workflow must return to Interview Authorization before any result is produced.

Result Boundaries

Authorized Result Type Produces only the result type approved by Interview Authorization, such as a private preparation summary, scorecard, readiness review, follow-up list, or interview record.
Approved Source Material Uses only the interview transcript, answers, review notes, advisory material, forms, files, or records authorized for the result.
Permitted Use Limits the result to the approved use, such as private preparation, internal review, interview planning, employer-side review, or another authorized purpose.
Visibility / Recipient Limits who may see the result based on the authorized visibility, recipient, audience, and routing instructions.
Exclusions Preserves excluded content, including client names, employer-sensitive information, compensation details, unsupported claims, confidential facts, or material not approved for use.
Permitted Action Restricts what may happen after the result is produced, such as display only, save, revise, route internally, withhold, or prepare for later review.

Possible Result Types

  • Private preparation summary — a controlled summary for participant-only interview preparation.
  • Interview summary — a structured summary of the interview record within the authorized scope.
  • Interview scorecard — structured evaluation output only if expressly authorized.
  • Readiness review — a controlled summary of preparedness, gaps, risks, and next steps.
  • Follow-up list — recommended follow-up topics, questions, or issues within approved scope.
  • Interview record — a structured record of interview questions, responses, issues, and authorized observations.
  • Issue or risk list — concerns, gaps, inconsistencies, unsupported claims, or limits identified through the governed interview workflow.
  • Employer-side interview support result — an authorized employer-facing or internal employer result only where recipient, use, source material, and exclusions are expressly approved.

Governance

The Result layer must remain inside the authorization record. It may not add new facts, expand visibility, change use, create external disclosure, create persistent memory, route materials, contact a recipient, or convert private preparation into a routed or shared result without new authorization.

Interview Result does not decide hiring outcomes, predict employer decisions, validate unsupported claims, approve outreach, or authorize representation. It produces only the approved result inside the approved scope.

Required discipline: if the requested result exceeds the authorization record, the system should stop and return to Interview Authorization before producing output.

Interview Result Workspace

Use the Interview Result workspace only after the authorization record is complete. The Result workspace may produce only the authorized output within approved scope, source material, visibility, recipient, exclusions, and permitted action.

Next Step

After a result is produced, the permitted next action depends on the authorization record. The participant or authorized employer may review, revise, save, route, or withhold the result only within the approved scope.
