Purpose
Employer Intake Managed Execution demonstrates how AP&T carries out the operational work authorized during Employer Intake Authorization. Once authorization has confirmed that the requested managed service may proceed, AP&T personnel perform only the activities approved within the authorized scope.
Managed Execution is the operational stage of the workflow. It performs authorized work without expanding the employer's request, changing the approved scope, or creating additional authority.
Managed Execution Activities
- Review the approved Employer Intake Authorization.
- Confirm the managed services approved for execution.
- Establish the employer's managed workflow.
- Organize employer records and supporting materials.
- Assign managed staff responsibilities where appropriate.
- Document execution activities performed on behalf of the employer.
- Identify any issue requiring additional authorization before continuing.
- Prepare the completed intake for Authorized Results delivery.
Operational Standards
Employer Intake Managed Execution does not authorize new services, approve additional recruiting activity, expand the employer's requested scope, contact candidates, publish Position Listings, perform LexAlign, or make hiring decisions. Those activities require their own governed authorization where applicable.
Staff execute only the work authorized for the Employer Intake matter and document that execution before any result is presented.
Managed Execution Rule
Managed Execution performs approved work. If execution reveals missing information, additional requested services, broader employer objectives, or work outside the authorized scope, the matter returns to the appropriate Authorization Communicator before additional operational activity occurs.
